These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern."
"On August 9, 2017, the Company completed a private placement of 4,101,000 units at a price of $0.075 per unit for gross proceeds of $307,575. Each unit was comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 at any time prior to August 9, 2022."

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant, where each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of two years from closing at an exercise price of $0.17 per share."
