Das 4. Quartal war das zweitbeste Quartal aller Zeiten und 2019 war ein Rekordumsatz seit einem Jahr.

Der Umsatz für das Quartal endete bei MNOK 95,7 (MNOK 97,9), während der Umsatz für 2019 bei MNOK 363,7 (MNOK 325,9) endete, was einem Wachstum von 11,6% entspricht.

FOURTH QUARTER & PRELIMINARY YEAR-END RESULTS 2022

Another record quarter ending at MNOK 141.8 in sales (MNOK 112.7). Full year
revenue at MNOK 491.9 (MNOK 427.3) is also a new record, up 15.1 %.

Sales growth is driven by all major geographical regions. Currency neutral sales
increase by 21.6 % for the quarter and 11.9 % for the year.

Currency neutral sales of own products increase 24.6 % for the quarter and 14.0
% for the year.

The Vascular business segment grows at 8.8 % for the quarter and 27.3 % for the
year.

The Imaging products grows at 33.5 % for the quarter and 44.0 % for the year.

Operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter ended at MNOK 36.5 (MNOK 19.5), with an
EBIT margin of 25.7 % (17.3 %). For the year, EBIT ended at MNOK 141.3 (MNOK
116.3), with an EBIT margin of 28.7 % (27.6 %).

The board suggests a dividend of NOK 4.5 (NOK 3.75) per share to the General
meeting, a total dividend payout of MNOK 82.1.

Results for the Second Quarter and First Half 2023

Sales for the second quarter ended at MNOK 137.4 (MNOK 117.5), an increase of 16.9%. Sales for first half ended at MNOK 266.6 (MNOK 233.6), an increase of 14.1%.

Currency-neutral sales of own products were up 4.0% for the quarter and 2.5% for the first half. Operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter is up 13.1% and ended at MNOK 42.2, an EBIT margin of 30.7% (MNOK 37.3 an EBIT margin of 31.8%). For the first half, EBIT is up 6.9% and ended at MNOK 75.7 an EBIT margin of 32.6% for the first half (MNOK 70.8 an EBIT margin of 35.3%). Medistim established direct sales organizations in both Canada and China in Q2 and continues to strengthen its organization worldwide.
