Nach dem schwachen Start heute hätte ich niemals gedacht, dass wir in Kanada mit 10 Cent im PLUS schließen werden. Einfach genial. Könnten morgen in Frankfurt die 45 Cent wieder knacken.
Und der charttechnische Widerstand bei 36 Cent ist zurück erobert worden, besser gehts wirklich nicht.
Kursziel lt "Der Aktionär": 60 Cent. Da bin ich mal gespannt, wann wir die erreichen werden.

planned, it has revised its credit facilities with Commerzbank AG. This
revision will result in a reduction of standby fees during the balance of 2009
by approximately $170,000. In 2008, ARISE incurred $234,006 in standby and
commitment fees.
          §    The total credit facilities with Commerzbank amounting to Euro56.05
million have been reduced to Euro39.05 million with no changes to maturity
terms or interest rates. The revisions to these credit facilities and reasons
for the changes are as follows.

          §    <<
          §    -   The Euro9.5 million secured bank-credit facility intended for the
          §        pre-financing of VAT refunds in Germany related to the construction
          §        of ARISE's PV cell manufacturing plant in Bischofswerda, Germany,
          §        including production Lines 1 and 2 is reduced to Euro2.0 million.
          §        ARISE completed construction of the plant and Line 1 began commercial
          §        production in June 2008 with Line 2 expected to do so in the second
          §        quarter of this year subject to customer demand.
          §    -   The Euro15.0 million secured bank-credit facility intended for pre-
          §        financing of investment grants and allowances in Germany related to
          §        construction of the manufacturing plant and production line is

Also ich sehe das als eine Absolute gute -news wir dürfen nicht vergessen das wir alle bedenken hatten das Arise Pleite gehen könnte die Gefahr ist immer geringer und das Management versteht ihren Handwerk und das sie Gewinne machen ist Fakt Wie schon mal gesagt Zukunft sieht sehr gut aus ich werde eute nachkaufen denn so wie es einschätze wir die Aktie heute nach Norden gehen ;-)
Ist nur meine Meinung keine kauf Empfehlung und an alle Pessimisten ein LG bald werdet ihr nicht mehr zu berichten haben ;-)))

Arise Technologies Corp. remains optimistic about the year despite a first quarter that saw sales evaporate 61.9 per cent from the previous quarter.

Business was battered in the first quarter by the recession, which led customers of Arise's solar cell factory in Germany to defer purchases, Vern Heinrichs, chair and interim chief executive officer, told analysts on a conference call yesterday.

But things are looking up not only for the solar cell business, but also for the company's Waterloo-based solar-systems division and early-stage silicon refining operations.

Efficiency is improving at the German plant, and its second production line is ready when business picks back up, Heinrichs said.

"Although our customers have deferred purchases in the first quarter, they have assured us they will honour their long-term contracts," he said. "This is an indication that our shipments will ramp up in the future as their business improves."

The systems business is due for a boost from Ontario's proposed Green Energy Act, which is likely to lead to the province paying top dollar for solar electricity. Only about five per cent of Arise's revenue comes from the systems division now, but that should change once the Green Energy Act becomes law, Heinrichs said.

"The Green Energy Act will unlock a surge of solar projects in this province. We already have established a funnel of potential projects," he said. "We believe that Arise is very well-positioned to gain a significant share of this market."

The company's proposed silicon refinery in Kitchener remains on hold to conserve funds.

But Arise has "been carrying out serious discussions with several potential partners" to help bring the project to fruition, Heinrichs said.

Arise lost $14.7 million, or 12 cents per share, in the three months that ended March 31.

Most of that was due to asset writedowns on raw materials, finished goods inventory and prepayments made on silicon wafer purchases.

The company, which is operating with a working capital deficit, had $6.3 million in cash as of April 28, down from $21.1 million at the beginning of the year, said chief financial officer Dave Chornaby.

Arise will have sufficient funds to keep operating into the latter part of the year assuming its lender, Commerzbank AG, agrees to extend the maturity dates of credit facilities that will mature over the next two months. Chornaby said he does not think that will be a problem.

With so much going on, Arise has put off its search for a new chief executive officer, Heinrichs said.

Former boss Bart Tichelman resigned in January over unspecified differences of opinion with the board of directors.

ARISE Extends Credit Facility With Commerzbank

ARISE Technologies and Commerzbank Agree on Extension of Working Capital Line

Waterloo, Ontario, June 11, 2009

ARISE Technologies Corporation (TSX: APV and Frankfurt: A3T), which is dedicated to becoming a leader in high-performance, cost-effective solar technology, today announced that it has agreed with Commerzbank AG on an extension of its Euro 7.0 million secured bank-credit facility.

The initial term of the facility expired on May 31, 2009. The agreement extends the facility to August 31, 2009 at an interest rate of EONIA + 3.25% per year (the previous rate was 2.5%). The credit facility was originally provided by Commerzbank to provide financing for the start-up of ARISE’s PV (photovoltaic) cell manufacturing on Line 1 at the company’s plant in Bischofswerda, Germany. ARISE will be able to continue using the Euro 7.0 million facility for working capital for its German manufacturing operations .

Die Aktionäre der aleo solar AG bestätigten am Dienstag auf der dritten ordentlichen Hauptversammlung sehr deutlich den Kurs der Unternehmensleitung und entlasteten Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat mit großer Mehrheit. Diese und auch alle weiteren Beschlussvorschläge wurden mit großer Mehrheit von 95 Prozent und mehr angenommen.

So wurde der Bilanzgewinn auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen und damit zum Zwecke der Wachstumsfinanzierung im Unternehmen belassen. Im Sinne eines Vorratsbeschlusses votierten die Aktionäre für die Erneuerung des Beschlusses zur Ermächtigung zum Aktienrückkauf von bis zu 10 Prozent des Grundkapitals. Die eigenen Aktien könnten insbesondere als Akquisitionswährung zur Beteiligung an anderen Unternehmen oder zur Bedienung eines Mitarbeiter-Beteiligungsprogramms genutzt werden. Schließlich wurde erstmals auch die Schaffung eines bedingten Kapitals und die Möglichkeit der Ausgabe von Wandelschuldverschreibungen genehmigt. Als Ergänzung zum genehmigten Kapital verschafft dies dem Unternehmen einen weiteren Spielraum bei der Auswahl marktüblicher Finanzierungsinstrumente.

Berlin, 24. Juli 2009. Die italienische SOLON S.p.A und das
Logistikunternehmen Interporto di Padova haben heute eine Übereinkunft zur
Errichtung der weltgrößten Photovoltaik-Aufdachanlage in Padua
unterzeichnet. Dabei stellt Interporto di Padova 250.000 m² Dachfläche
seines Logistikzentrums für den Kraftwerksbau zur Verfügung. Mit einer
Nennleistung von 15 MWp wird die Anlage 17 Millionen kWh Strom pro Jahr
produzieren. Baubeginn soll bereits im September dieses Jahres sein. Die
SOLON S.p.A. ist eine hundertprozentige Tochter der Berliner SOLON SE.

Domenico Sartore, CEO der SOLON S.p.A., hob die regionale Verwurzelung der
beteiligten Partner hervor: 'Wir bündeln unsere Kräfte, um mit sauberem
Photovoltaikstrom den Umweltschutz und die Sicherung von Arbeitsplätzen in
der Region Venetien voranzutreiben.' Das Projekt bietet Beschäftigung für
bis zu 450 Menschen. Insgesamt werden ca. 67.500 Module verbaut, die SOLON
S.p.A. am eigenen Standort herstellt. Nach Fertigstellung soll das
Kraftwerk Energie für 5.000 Haushalte liefern. Das entspricht einer
Emissionseinsparung von 9.000 t. CO2 oder etwa 3.200 t. Erdöl.

Mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung im italienischen Photovoltaik-Markt
erwirtschaftete die Tochter der SOLON SE im Jahr 2008 einen Umsatz von 162
Mio. Euro. Das Unternehmen mit 160 Angestellten verfügt über
automatisierte Produktionslinien mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 100 MW. Als
italienischer Marktführer produziert die SOLON S.p.A. Solarmodule am
Standort Carmigiano di Brenta und ist Anbieter von solaren Kraftwerken.

Bericht über die 1. Stadtratssitzung der Wahlperiode 2009 - 2014 vom 26.08.2009

Im Tagesordnungspunkt 20 wurde der Beschluss zur Änderung des Bebauungsplanes 16 – Gewerbe- und Industriegebiet Bischofswerda Nord 2/1 gefasst. Der Investor ARISE plant den Neubau einer 2. Halle und dahinter den Bau eines Mustersolarparkes. Diesem neuen Investitionsgedanken muss der Bebauungsplan angepasst werden. Dies haben die Stadträte als Grundlage für eine Baugenehmigung damit auf dem Weg gebracht.

das hört sich doch sehr gut an! Mal schauen, wann wir das erste Mal über 100Millionen Umsatz kommen....:-))

Nächste Woche gehts wieder rauf. Die 0,30$ ist der Boden - meine Meinung.
