Mexico Mike:
Yale Resources: This management team knows the drill
I believe any investor that wants leverage to silver production should own at least a few of the many high quality juniors that are working in Mexico. And if Mexico is going to be represented in any portfolio, then it makes sense to focus on companies that are active in Chihuahua and Zacatecas. Simply put, those states have productive mining histories that span nearly 500 years, yet both remain among the best places in the world for exploration and development of new mineral deposits.
There are a number of excellent juniors that have set up shop in Chihuahua, and I believe that a basket approach, where investors take a position in a number of different plays, is still the best way to gain exposure. Most of the juniors mining companies working in the area remain at reasonable market valuations, and I have presented several of them in prior editions of the Mexico Mike column. It is just a matter of time until some of the exploration success that is being reported, and the numerous large projects that are underway, begin to attract more attention to the district. At that point, we could see a mania that would propel the entire group to new highs.
Yale Resources is junior explorer that has made the decision to focus on Mexico, with holdings in three of the most prospective districts in the country. The strength of the company can be found in its management. President Ian Foreman, P.Geo, is a highly respected geologist with many years of experience both in Mexico and in Latin America. Company founder Ron Shenton currently serves as Vice President - Corporate Development, and he has a financial background with over 20 years working with public companies. They also recently added a Mexican lawyer to the management team, who has an MBA and over 10 years experience, to serve as Manager of Operations for Mexico. This group is highly focused, with the objective to build value at the discovery level.
Of greatest importance of the near term, Yale is currently involved in a drill program at projects in Zacatecas State, as part of their earn-in requirements in a joint venture agreement with IMPACT Silver Inc (a junior that was presented earlier this year in this column). The partnership covers 4 separate properties, and Yale has issued a cash payment to acquire the options, allowing it to earn an 80% interest in each property by expending US $100,000 in exploration, and then issuing US $150,000 in cash or stock. This is an exceptional deal for shareholders to gain leverage for majority ownership in such an attractive district for what amounts to a very low cost of entry.
The largest silver mine in the world is located in Zacatecas. And there are literally dozens of past producing mines in the area, that worked high grade vein hosted silver deposits for which the state is famous. Many of these historic mine projects are now being recycled back into production, the beneficiaries of modern exploration and processing technology. Several past producing mines are located within the JV project areas, and Yale is advancing exploration work with the expectation that it may join the ranks of new producers sometime in the future.
An important consideration regarding future production aspirations, IMPACT has an option to purchase a 200 tonne-per-day mill in Zacatecas, strategically located near the JV property holdings. This means if the companies are successful to define an economic deposit at any of the properties, they could easily transport ore to the mill and generate revenues without requiring a large capital expenditure and permitting delays that other companies must deal with before commencing production.
An appealing aspect to the partnership with IMPACT is its association with Energold Drilling, a sister-company. This enabled Yale to source a drill rig and crew on short notice to commence the program this spring. The company plans to complete at least 1,500 metres of diamond drilling, targeting vein structures on three of the properties. At the fourth, additional field work will be necessary to better define drill targets, due to the extent of the mineralization that has been encountered at surface.
Meanwhile, back to the Chihuahua angle, and in that state Yale has an option to earn an 75 percent interest in the Urique Project from joint venture partner EXMIN Resources (another company that has been recently presented in this column). This property certainly has the potential to join the ranks of the large new discoveries that have been defined in Chihuahua during this current boom cycle.
Yale has been putting a great emphasis on fieldwork, outlining a mineralized corridor along the northern extension of the property, near some intriguing historic workings. I was able to tour the project late last year and was impressed by the extent of the trenching and sampling programs that were underway, exposing a vein system that has been demonstrated so far to extend for more than a kilometer. The company has since released some high grade gold and silver assays from this work and the intensity of mineralization is such that they continue to encounter new zones across a wide area. The current focus is defining drill targets and the company plans to commence a drill program later in the year.
Completing the troika of core operating areas is the wholly owned Carol Project in Sonora State. Several large showings have been identified by surface sampling, indicating the potential for a bulk tonnage deposit. Copper and zinc are the primary metals of interest, hosted in skarn mineralization. It is worth noting that a short distance from the project, Frontera Copper Corp has commenced production at its Piedras Verdes Mine, and mineralization encountered at Carol is believed to be related to the same system. Numerous historic workings on the property are a testament to the potential for additional resource discovery, and Yale has dispatched field crews to begin early stage exploration work in preparation for a drill program in the future.
Along with the strength of the properties controlled by the company, investors should also be encouraged by the extremely tight capital structure, with only about 35 million shares on a fully diluted basis. I look for companies that have great upside potential, yet trade at the lower end of the range of market capitalization relative to the peer group of companies. The stock appears to be in value territory right now because some cheap warrants from a previous financing expired in April and created market weakness due to profit taking. Yale Resources currently has a market value well below $10 million and I look for that to rise very quickly in the months ahead as the results from the current drilling and fieldwork are released.
The circumstances for outstanding investment performance all seem to be in place right now for Yale Resources. A buoyant market in the early stages of a secular bull run, excellent property exposure, strong and competent management with a focused strategy, an extremely tight share structure, and the potential for impressive discovery results from aggressive exploration, are all factors that should contribute to move the company further up the value curve for investors. I buy $10,000 for the Mexico Mike Portfolio.

Na, wenn das kein Zufall ist; letzter Beitrag genau vor einem Jahr. Falls noch "Jemand" hier interesssiert sein sollte....... Yale Res. Zukunft sieht sehr gut aus:
Vancouver, British Columbia, February 7, 2011 - Jay Taylor, Editor of J. Taylor's Gold, Energy&Tech Stocks Report, and Publisher at www.jaytaylormedia.com interviews Ian Foreman, President&CEO of Yale Resources (TSX.V - YLL). This video (http://www.investmentpitch.com/media/773/Yale_Resources_-_Face_The_Analyst_-_TSX.V:_YLL/)is one of Jay Taylor's "Face the Analyst" series of interviews, and is available for viewing on investmentpitch.com. Yale added four properties to its comprehensive portfolio of projects in 2010. The Company was then successful in optioning out two of those properties - Guadalupe and Los Amoles. Funding provided by Yale's partners in 2010 was approximately double that of 2009 - showing considerable growth in the Company's business plan. These expenditures were highlighted by the discovery of a previously unrecognized portion of the Marcos de Oro Vein within its wholly owned Guadalupe property. The intersection of 11.5 metres averaging 2.03 grams per tonne gold and 382.6 grams per tonne silver (see news release dated Dec. 15, 2010) assures that additional work will be performed on the property. "For Yale to have raised that amount of money in 2010 we would have had to issue upwards of 18 million shares. By having partners help with the exploration of our projects we have kept dilution to a minimum", stated Ian Foreman, P.Geo., president of Yale. Also during the year the Urique Project was returned to the Company. The option proved very successful in that a new high grade gold clavo was discovered within the El Rosario workings, with highlight samples grading: 9.74 grams per tonne gold and 356.7 grams per tonne silver over 1.68 metres, 2.16 grams per tonne gold and 92.5 grams per tonne silver over 2.93 metres, and 3.60 grams per tonne gold and 108.2 grams per tonne silver over 1.87 metres (see news release dated November 17, 2009). With the recent addition to the San Pedro target, Yale anticipates that it will be able to find a new partner for the property. The projection for 2011 is for continued growth through the optioning of additional projects as well as increased exploration commitments on its current portfolio of optioned properties. In conjunction with working with its partners, Yale will continue to advance its wholly owned projects. Yale anticipates that at least two projects will be drilled by partners in 2011 and that the Company will be able to drill at least one of its wholly owned projects. Results are pending on the recent work program at Los Amoles completed on behalf of its partner Nature's Call and field work is anticipated to start shortly on the Company's newest property, Apache. To date, greater than 45 historic workings and greater than 20 gold/silver veins have been identified within approximately 60% of the El Rosario target area that measures 1.0 by 2.5 kilometres. Another stage of fieldwork is planned in order to map and sample the remaining areas within the El Rosario target. This work will be done in advance of geophysics, which in turn, will be done to delineate priority locations for drilling.
About the Los Amoles Property:
The early stage wholly owned 16.3 square kilometre Los Amoles Property is located approximately 150 kilometres northeast of the Hermosillo, Sonora State, Mexico. The property is 10 kilometres northeast of the La Caridad Mine, operated by Grupo Mexico, which is one of the largest mining and processing complexes in Mexico.
Nature's Call has an option to earn a 70% interest in the property by paying to Yale US $ 50,000 (received), spending US $ 900,000 on exploration expenditures and issuing 1,000,000 shares (200,000 have been received) to Yale over three years.
Work performed to date by Yale has concentrated on an area (the Rosales area) that is on the eastern edge of a 4.0 by 2.75 km regional magnetic anomaly. Yale's interpretation is that the Rosales area represents silver-lead +/- gold veins that are distal to a porphyry system. The potential for this regional anomaly to reflect a buried porphyry has yet to be tested. Many of Sonora's most significant porphyry deposits are located within 70 km of the Los Amoles property.
Samples from Los Amoles were prepared and analyzed by IPL Inspectorate in their facilities in Mexico and Vancouver, respectively. Samples generally consisted of 1-3 kg of material. Gold and silver analyses were performed by 30 gram fire assay with an AA finish. Samples with greater than 100 g/t silver were re-assayed using gravimetric methods.
Ian Foreman, P.Geo., is Yale Resources' Qualified Person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The Los Amoles property is an early stage project that requires additional sampling and geological mapping to fully determine the project's potential.

Yale Resources Ltd. (TSX-V - YLL and Frankfurt - YAB) is pleased to
report that it has accelerated the purchase of 9 concessions totalling
7,714.66 hectares (or 77 square km) that make up a majority of the
Orofino Project, located in central Sonora State.
'By clarifying the ownership structure for the property, Yale has
assured clear title to a project where the Company has had great success
to date. The Company′s funds can now be directed towards exploration at
Orofino rather than ongoing payments to underlying owners. Exploration
can now continue at a pace that makes sense to the Company,? stated Ian
Foreman, P.Geo., president of Yale.
In order to accelerate the purchase, Yale and Canmex Barite have agreed
to amend the option to purchase agreement such that upon transfer of the
concessions in whole with no liabilities to Yale′s Mexican subsidiary
Minera Alta Vista S.A. de C.V., Yale will issue the remaining 700,000
shares that were to be issued over two years.
In addition, Yale has dropped the option on several interior concessions
(the Olivaria Option) within the Orofino property that total 174.48 Ha
(or 1.7 square km) as a majority of the exploration potential for the
mineralization exposed in the historic open pits is outside of those
small concessions.
However, Yale will continue with the option on two important concessions
(the Pima de Oro Option) that total 264.65 Ha (or 2.65 square km). These
concessions contain the El Gato target, where Teck drilled 2.27 g/t gold
and 13.7 g/t silver over 15.24 metres, as well as the San Francisco and
Koala targets, which were discovered by Yale.
About the Orofino Property:
The Orofino Property is now 7,979.31 Ha in size (or 79.8 square km) and
contains four known exploration targets ? Santiago, San Francisco, El
Gato and Koala. The success of Yale′s exploration at Orofino continues
to expand the property′s significant exploration potential.
The San Francisco Target:
The structural interpretation for the property formulated by Yale was
instrumental in the discovery of the San Francisco Target (see news
release dated June 28, 2010). The San Francisco target is on trend with
the Santiago Target located an additional 1.5 km away. This now creates
a mineralized trend that measures as least 3 kilometres in length.
The San Francisco target is made up of a 30 to 40 metre wide zone of
strong oxidation centred on a 5 to 6 metre wide core area of strong
silicification and veining. It has been traced in the field for 300
metres along strike and remains open in both directions. The highlight
sample was 2.1 metres with a weighted average of 2.70 g/t gold and 529.8
g/t silver.
The El Gato Zone:
At the El Gato target Yale geologists sampled 5.0 metres grading 2.27
g/t gold and 10.2 g/t silver metres (see news release dated October
6, 2009) and where Minera Teck drilled 2.27 g/t gold and 13.7 g/t silver
over 15.24 metres (see news release dated October 1, 2009). The
exploration potential within the El Gato area is considerable.
The Koala Zone:
The Koala Zone is defined by a zone of oxidation that measures
approximately 175 by 90 metres. The discovery outcrop, located at the
southern edge of the Koala Zone, returned values of 1.07 g/t gold, 60.1
g/t silver, 1.22 % lead and 1.82 % zinc over 1 metre. A hand dug trench,
located 50 metres to the north, uncovered a second mineralized structure
that returned 10 metres averaging 0.58 g/t gold, 57.4 g/t silver, 8.4
% lead and 1.4 % zinc located approximately 45 metres to the east
(see news release dated January 29, 2010).
About Yale Resources:
Yale Resources is an exploration and development company concentrating
in northwestern Mexico. By utilizing the joint venture business model,
Yale is able to maximize its exposure to discovery while minimizing
exploration risk. At the same time Yale continues to work on its
non-optioned properties as well as reviewing new projects. Yale has four
projects under option to value added partners with commitments greater
than $1M in expenditures during the next 12 months.

Yale identifiziert zwei geochemische Anomalien bei Apache
Vancouver, British Columbia, Kanada, 27.

"option out"
sehe ich hier eine sehr gute Chance zum derzeitigen Kurs aber "very long"
