Total Identity Corp Listed in Standard & Poor's Corporation Records

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Mar 9, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Total Identity Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: TIDC) ("TIC") announced today that the Editorial Board of Standard and Poor's ("S&P") has approved TIC for a complete corporate listing and description in Standard and Poor's Corporation Records. Additionally, TIC has also begun the installation of signs for the new Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, FL.

TIC will have its corporate description published in Standard and Poor's Daily News Section. S&P also will initiate financial coverage of TIC as part of the S&P Market Access Program, including coverage of TIC on S&P's Internet website, www.advisorinsight.com, as well as S&P Marketscope and the electronic version of S&P Stock Guide database. Additionally, the S&P coverage will appear on the highly trafficked OTC Bulletin Board web site www.otcbb.com.
Standard Corporation Records is a recognized securities manual for the "Blue Sky" Standard Manual Exemption for secondary trading in more than 35 states. TIC's listing in Standard Corporation Records should assist the brokerage and investment communities in making a market for TIC's stock. It is recommended that brokers check with their compliance officers or legal counsel for applicable "Blue Sky" laws and regulations pertaining to them.
Additionally, TIC began the installation process of signs for the new Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, FL. TIC will also be installing the signs for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL shortly. TIC has designed, built and installed signs and awnings for other Hard Rock locations.
