Subject: Adoption of CD PROJEKT Group strategy by the Management Board

The management board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby discloses the core tenets of the updated CD PROJEKT Group strategy adopted on 30 March 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “the Strategy”), which specify the following key assumptions related to the three major areas of growth and transformation within the Group:
– RED 2.0 – transformation of the gamedev studio which involves, among others, changes in the AAA game development process, migration towards agile development facilitating parallel work on products representing two key franchises, changes in management procedures and general work environment with a view towards expanding the team and focusing on talent, as well as changes in how the studio communicates with gamers;
– Building out FRANCHISES – going further beyond AAA RPGs and exploiting the potential of both The Witcher and Cyberpunk franchises through new products, co-ops and media content, thereby maximizing the reach, recognition and strength of the Group’s brands;
– Expanding ONLINE – a change in the long-term approach to online experience in the CD PROJEKT Group productions, turning it into an important part of the product portfolio, while using GOG GALAXY to expand and enable communication among gaming communities around the world.
