fortunately we do not know the exact date we will receive it. But it could be any week now. It could be this upcoming week, or it could be 2 weeks from now… it depends on how fast Health Canada is willing and able to move on our file… but what we do know, is that we have answered every question and request for additional information that Health Canada has asked for, and we have no outstanding deficiencies in our application. Unfortunately we do not control how fast Health Canada acts in officially granting us the license, but once we do receive it, it will put BevCanna in a class of its own, being the ONLY full service high capacity cannabinoid infused beverage manufacturing facility that offers a full array of form factors and size options for both in house and white label clients. As we await receipt of our standard processing license, which could be any day now, we have been actively engaged and negotiating definitive agreements with multiple perspective white label clients, and provincial distributors; as well as critical path planning, SOP development, and commercial readiness planning in anticipation of receipt of our license, and subsequent house & partner branded products, and white label products commercialization strategies across Canada, which are scheduled to commence throughout Q1 and Q2. In addition to our soon to be issued, Standard Processing License, We have plenty of exciting and material developments that will shape the company as we evolve into a comprehensive health and wellness company. As you are aware, BevCanna has been focused on its North American and international growth strategy by way of organic and M&A growth. Pure Therapy, our direct to consumer e-commerce company currently posting record revenues for us, sells cannabidiol and natural health products across the U.S. and in Western Europe, and our upcoming acquisition of Naturo Group will gain BevCanna access to an additional $37M in assets and infrastructure, and an existing global multichannel sales and distribution network to accelerate revenues and market share, a scarce natural resource (alkaline spring water source), and proprietary plant-based beverages and supplements which further solidifies BevCanna’s position as a global leader in plant-based health and wellness products We anticipate closing the transformative acquisition of Naturo Group by mid-February. Upon closing the Naturo acquisition, there are lots of exciting material developments we will be able to share that Naturo has been executing on, which will generate further value and excitement for BevCanna shareholders.
