P Solar Announces Extended Agreement with The Coleman Company
New Deal Expands into Latin America
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA – April 8, 2009 – ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR.OB, FRANKFURT: K1U.F), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary solar panels and products, today announced that The Coleman Company, Inc. has agreed to extend its licensing, marketing and distribution agreement for three years, effective immediately. ICP Solar will continue to provide Coleman® branded solar chargers for sale in such well-known retail chains as Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, and Costco in North America for this contract period.
