Swiss company, most severe Covid patients (which were not even taken in other clinical trials): 71 years of age, all under oxygen supplementation, some ECHMO : 19 or 21 survived, lungs get cleared, cytokines calmed, antiviral effect. Almost too good to be true. And on top: it is already an approved drug in the US and EU. Additional: ongoing phase 2+3 trial half done (positive interim report). I am still in Synairgen - but this will be the drug at least for the most severe patients and the first with a "global" approval (EU, UK, US). It is to be given by infusion (but these severe patients are anyway on infusion). On top: they are also run a trial with the inhaled version....
just see the x-rays of the lungs in this leaked preprint: they get cleared and restored within a very few days in thes over 70 years old very sick people (which normally only a very few would survive). really unbelievable....
