Amplat, Implat & Sibanye drosseln die Förderung in S.A.

Ist das der Startschuß für ein come back der weissen Metalle?

ETC's von Invesco für Platin & Palladium sind günstig. Werde mal anfangen einzusammeln. Die Minen haben mir zu große spreads und sind mir zu negativ gehebelt.

Aktuell Platin & Palladium für @900 $ scheint mir doch recht günstig.  

Yep, Langfristig denken. Die Inflation geht Langfristig immer weiter, egal was die ZB's erzählen. Zwischendurch kann man auch mal etwas verkaufen und zukaufen aber Langfristig scheint Pt um 900$ ziemlich billig.

Platin:  

derzeit auch sehr günstig. Bei einem 6E Korbpreis von ca. 1300$ wird ja nix mehr verdient und alle jammern, das ist der Zeitpunkt zum "langsam akkumulieren".

Bei Lithium & REE-Minen könnte der Punkt auch bald erreicht sein. ; )  

Hier eine Seite die schön die Minenperformance anzeigt, ohne dass man sich die Mühe machen muss eine umfangreiche WatchList anzulegen. Auch der ETF  selbst ist im Gegensatz zu manch anderen gut aufgeteilt.

PGM-ETF. Rechtlich f. Deutschland unmöglich weil zu wenige player die den Großteil ihres Umsatz mit PGM macht und ausserdem sicher zu wenig Nachfrage. Warum ist das so? OK, Platin ist jetzt nicht sooo spannend was Vola betrifft aber die Minen hängen (noch) am Palladium & Rhodiumpreis und da ist nun wirklich mehr als genug Bewegung drin.

Aber vielleicht ist es auch spannender seinen ganz eigenen "PGM ETF" im Depot zu gestalten. ETC gehören für mich auch dazu.

jetzt ist ziemlich alles zum Thema gesagt. Ein PGM Grundstock ist gelegt und es ist noch Cash für nen Crash in Reserve aber es gibt zur Zeit einen anderen Wert der mehr Rendite verspricht, daher erst mal

Ich werde noch schön in Platinum Group Metals (Aktie Miner, nicht nur die Metalle) nachlegen. 

Habe die schon öfter gehört und habe auch ein Plus. 

Die sollten im Bushveld Komplex irgendwann mal richtig loslegen.

LOOL da kann man beim round trip gleich mal 12% vom "Gewinn" abziehen.

Das ist reine Verarsche.  

Wer PGM Minen ohne Limitorder handelt muss RICHTIG bluten. Kann gar nicht weh genug tun   : )  

zieht Amplat davon.
 

Wenn man die Charts vergleicht sind Anglo und Boliden sehr stark mit Palladium korreliert, sie haben nur eine viel geringere Vola.

Beide sind sehr breit aufgestellt, mit Schwerpunkt Kupfer aber Anglo hält eben Amplat und auch Boliden fördert Pt & Pd.

Anglo ist auf Xetra und mit minimalem spread handelbar und ein Abstauberlimit gesetzt.  

bei Boliden AB im Frühjahr 2022 war übrigens dem peak von Nickel und Zink geschuldet. Es scheint als würden die Industriemetalle jetzt wieder einen Boden bilden.

Die Minen (commercials rot) verkaufen auf Kontrakt als gäbs kein morgen. War schon meisstens so dass ab 50k contrakte die Sache wackelig wird und man am besteb was beim Kirchturm dankend ans Kreuz hängt.

Habe selber auch noch eine von 3 Tranchen. Lass ich mal liegen.  

die Specs weiter zukaufen! Na, was passiert erst wenn die Specs das Kaufen einstellen? Auch die kleinen sind schon fett Long.

Die grünen Spacken haben wieder gedreht und waren Di schon fast neutral. Da müsste das meiste der Reise nach Süden getan sein. Ab <900 werden sie dann wohl wieder drehen... Wie wollen sie jemals Geld verdienen wenn sie ihren eigenen Kram immer hoch und runter kaufen?  ; )

HYDROGEN AND EXTENDED RANGE ELECTRIC VEHICLES

Even ahead of the agenda being finalised, it is already patently clear that hydrogen is going to be a big feature across the conference, along with growing use of PGMs in the semiconductor industry and in the extended range electric vehicle segment, WPIC research director Edward Sterck spelt out in the same Zoom interview.

Extended range electric vehicles are battery electric vehicles that also have internal combustion engines that effectively recharge the battery and extend the range of travel.

Most extended range electric vehicles have ranges of about 1 000 km on full battery charge and full fuel tank, and their exhaust treatment systems continue to contain PGMs.

PLATINUM AS PART OF RETIREMENT INVESTMENT

Chinese investors have known platinum for many years as a jewellery and with more people saving for retirement, having platinum as part of a retirement investment makes a lot of sense.

There are no platinum mines in China and having platinum on Chinese soil is seen as a good idea.

“We know that supply growth and demand growth don't always match, so we've encouraged the Chinese policymakers to recognise the importance of platinum investment demand, and of having more platinum metal on Chinese soil as a certain support to the industrial use of platinum over time.

“Having the Shanghai Platinum Week on the global calendar is probably ideal timing. The four-year gestation period has certainly been well worth it and we look forward to Shanghai Platinum Week becoming something that is really helpful to investors around the world and participants in the broader PGM industry,” said Raymond.

Following the Shanghai Platinum Week, international participants will be taken to meet a number of the hydrogen-related companies in the Shanghai region, and they will also be given an opportunity to meet and converse with Chinese policymakers.

Implats' proposed restructuring puts 3 900 jobs at risk

JSE-listed Impala Platinum Holdings (Implats) has initiated a Section 189(3) consultation process at its South African operations, signalling thousands of potential job losses.

Implats envisages a reduction of about 3 900 positions, constituting a 9% reduction in labour across the Impala Rustenburg, Impala Bafokeng and Marula operations. The corporate office aims for a 30% reduction in head office costs.


The move by Implats follows in the wake of a restructuring process announced by rival Anglo American Platinum, which could impact 3 700 jobs across its operations.
