6/16/2006 The Nominations Commitee submits proposals to the 2006 AGM in Obducat AB
The Nominations Committee of Obducat, which has consisted of Henri Bergstrand, Lars Montelius, Olav Axelsson and Johan Boman, has agreed to propose the following to the Annual General Meeting in Obducat AB:
That the number of board members be increased to seven That present Board members Ingrid Osmundsen, Thomas Parker, Werner Uhlmann, Lars Montelius and Henri Bergstrand be re-elected That Henri Bergstrand be re-elected Chairman of the Board That Örjan Johansson and Kjell Grubin be elected as new members That a board fee of SEK 125,000 (unchanged) per annum be paid to each Board member, and, in addition, that Henri Bergstrand be paid SEK 54,000 per month as remuneration for his role as working chairman
That the Board be authorised to pay additional remuneration to a board member carrying out work considered to be beyond the scope of the normal work on the board

Kjell Grubin, born 1960, Bachelor of Laws. Works as CEO and joint owner as well as founder of Big Bowl Sverige AB. Board member (chairman) and joint owner of Big Bowl Underhållningscenter A/S, and board member of SHR.
Örjan Johansson, born 1960, Master of Engineering. Works as CEO of Anoto Group AB where he has held several executive positions. Board member of IT Öresund, Scalado AB, Trivector system AB and Teknopol AB.
