The growth rate of the Chinese solar market should accelerate in the second half of this year as various projects reach the end of their development phase and demand accelerates, Deutsche Bank analyst Vishal Shah wrote in a note to investors. Moreover, China's central government is providing cheap financing for solar projects, causing these projects to grow exponentially, Shah contended. Meanwhile, most local government will likely end up providing incentives for solar projects, added the analyst. Since the central government can change its incentives at the beginning of each year, a large number of solar projects are likely to be launched towards the end of this year and towards the end of 2014, Shah added.
