VANCOUVER, BC, February 23, 2024 – Archer Exploration Corp. (CSE: RCHR) (OTCQB: RCHRF) (FSE: 6YR0) (the “Company” or “Archer”) announces today that Mr. Marz Kord has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company, effective immediately, to pursue other business interests.
