This one is traded on the OTC bulletin board. It has nearly doubled since January. My advice: Stay far, far away from this one. In April 2001, the company initiated a lawsuit claiming a slew of promoters were fraudulently manipulating the price of its stock.

The company operates out of Germany, but has corporate offices in Denver, Colo. Denver has been a hot bed for penny-stock hustlers for three decades. It is not surprising that the junk-stock crowd is latching on to nanotechnology. NanoPierce was originally incorporated in 1996 as Sunlight Systems and was also known as Mendell-Denver. The company currently has negative cash flow from operations, and the bulk of its revenue was from a German division--which sells consulting services and software. Revenue was $103,000 for the 12 months ending last December, yet its stock, at a price of $1.05, has a market cap of over $55 million.

NanoPierce has nothing to do with nanotechnology. Its technology revolves around what it calls NCS, NanoPierce Connection System. At its essence, NCS creates electronic connections between the microscale and the macroscale on circuitboards. It hopes to apply the process to smart-card applications.

Hat wohl was mit nanotech zu tun, eben nur kein reines Nanotech unternehmen!
Ihr connection System sind Platten auf die Diamantenstaub mit Nickel überzogen fixiert werden, die dann eine hervorragende Verbindung herstellen.
Das alles im "Nano Grössenbereich"
Das Risiko hier besteht wegen der finanziellen unsicheren Lage!

These words should be ringing bells in your ears! The highlighted phrase above indicates to me that they are not getting enough cashflow to support their operations and this "Joint Venture" is their last hope.

Ganz kurz gesagt pusht Markus Frick ganz gewaltig NANOPIERCE und PSIVIDA !!Mit jeweils KZ von mindestens 1,5 - 2 € in den nächsten 2 Wochen. Wenn Du alles hören willst musst Du schon seine Hotline Nummer anrufen. Aber eines bin ich mir sicher, die 2 Aktien werden weiter laufen. Ich selbst habe beide Aktien im Depot, werde aber beide Aktien mind. 1 Jahr halten. Ich finde die NANOBLASE bäst sich erst auf, und das wird noch sehr sehr lange andauern. Wir werden an diesen Aktien noch sehr viel Freude daran haben.

dass Metro jetzt in ihren Supermärkten von Strichcodes auf chips umsatteln die Aktie kräftig nach oben treibt, aber Nanopierce muss ihre Produkte auch verkaufen!
War bis Montag in Nanopierce drin, bin aber zu Prvh gewechselt, da mir Nanopierce zu unsicher war, aber im Moment wird auch sie von der Nanohysterie getrieben, aber das hatten wir doch schon mal..., es müssten auch mal News her!!
Psivida sitzt finanziell und von ihren Forschungen und Patenten her ganz fest im Sattel!
Man merkt, dass sie hier in Deutschland kräftig gepusht wird, aber die Australier sie bremsen, ist vielleicht ne ganz gute Mischung!  

Danke war ja nen schneller Service bin aber auch in beiden drin und bin sehr gespannt auf die Kurse die da kommen.
Wird für mein Depot ne spannende Woche.

Advectus hatte ich noch nie seht nen Andy 22 im Forum!!  

Entschuldigung, dann war der das. Glaube wenn ich Advectus im Depot hätte, dann könnte ich Nachts nicht mehr schlafen.  

hab da gerade mal reingelesen müsste ich auch nicht haben das ist eine von diesen Empfehlungen die ich meine! So muß jetzt weg dann bis bald war nett.

ich bin am freitag zu 0,41 ausgestiegen(bin zu 0,31 rein) und fünf minuten später gings nur noch nach oben. Naja, werde mein Glück jetzt mit USXP und TGP versuchen. Allen noch investierten viel glück weiterhin!
