expected to have an impact on order intake and revenues mainly through 2015. The
customer is in progress of developing its own LED recipe on our tools which we
expect to take some time due to the higher grade of innovation built into our
systems as well as the lower experience level on our previous generation tools.
Hence, in accordance with our order intake policy this order will be booked closer to
the actual point of shipment, expecting more bookings in the second half of this
year., We are confident that together with our customer, we will be able to achieve
the required productivity targets.
