lets agree skippy that no one should lie and no one should lie to accomplish their ends OK.
I have fully documented many of Tony's outright lies and also many of his failed promises.
Tony's documented Lies .
1. Expenses cut in half - 9/2003 (not even close)
2. Cash burn reduced to $ 500,000 per month 9/2003. (Third quarter 2003 had $ 1,500,000 per month cash burn, three times what Tony said.)
3. $ 10,000,000 cash in bank 10/2003. (He was only off a little over $ 1,000,000.)
4. Less than 80,000,000 shares of stock outstanding. 10/2003 (In fact there were over 136,000,000 shares outstanding when he said this.)
5. Huge backlog of sales orders. (Tony later had to admit there were absolutely no sales at all overseas much less a huge backlog.)
These were 5 lies that were untrue when he told them and he knew they were untrue.
He also had the bogus letter of intent to World Vision, the "Magic" to Wall Street hype, and the 23-25 million sales guidance for 2004 with $ 5,000,000 profit(based on that non existent "backlog" of orders).
Aand there was a promise of an FDA IDE on rapid urine by 1-31-2004 that never happened.
Documented lies and failed promises by Tony again and again. But he is still your and Jonas's "savior".
Now you document in specifics the "supposed lies" I have told about Tony and/or HIV.
