Smart Home Cloud Developer secures new 143 unit luxury condo project Villas

LAS VEGAS (NV), March 13, 2013: LAMBDA TD Software, Inc. (LONDON, GXG Main Quote, Symbol: LAMD, ISIN: US51327T2042, WKN: A1JPCA / Valor CH20053472) announced today that they have secured contracts for a new 143-unit luxury condominium project on North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona with Villas 136 developer Geoffrey Becker-Jones to integrate and provide their cloud-based LCE' Five Smart Home Automation, gated community access controls, residential property security and surveillance systems and 24/7/365 maintenance service representing more than $2 MM USD in revenues. It is expected that revenue will be earned over an 18 - 24 month period commencing in May, 2013. There will also be LAMBDA TD SOFTWARE "Cloud Kiosk" concierge services for the gated luxury condominium unit Villas 136 project set to start soon in North Scottsdale.
Also, contracts have been automatically renewed with Mira Villa Summerlin and with new ownership of Echelon at Centennial Hills (www.liveatechelon), another exclusive luxury mid-rise condominium property in Las Vegas.
