LUKOIL OIL SP.ADR RL-025

Hallo zusammen,

konnte Andy Roche (einer von den 3 oben, die andern 2 tel. nicht zu erreichen) erreichen und mit ihm reden.

Er meint, die Dividenden-Zahlung ist noch nicht erfolgt. Auch hat die BNY Mellon keine Information wann die Dividenden-Zahlung erfolgen wird. Nur dass sie kommt ist ziemlich gewiss.

Ich fragte ihn was er für realistisch hält und er meinte 2-3 Monate, denn am 26.12.2014 soll nur der Record Day für Dividenden gewesen sein. An diesem Tag müsste man Aktien im Depot gehabt haben, um für die kommende Dividende-Zahlung berechtigt zu sein.

Nun ist es ja so, dass einige die Dividende schon erhalten haben und diese dann storniert wurde. Darauf habe ich ihn auch angesprochen aber auch hier meinte er, dass noch keine Zahlung erfolgt ist.

Leider habe ich die besagte Lukoil ADR nicht im Depot und kann diese Depot- und Kontoumsätze nicht nachvollziehen. Könnt ihr im Detail (außer Beträge natürlich) posten wie diese aussehen?

Würde dann an eurer Stelle nochmal dezidiert bei eurer Bank bzw. Broker nachfragen warum die Dividende storniert wurde. Kann das leider nicht für euch tun.

wahrscheinlich kennt ihr das ,es sind immerhin 14 Seiten unter Bezugnahem auf Leonid Felun Lukoils Vizepräsidenten

1) The vast majority of LUKOIL's reserves are conventional, land-based reserves and not high-cost, unconventional reserves like the other Western majors are now relying more and more on.

(2) LUKOIL has an extensive amount of proven, conventional crude oil reserves - 13.5 billion barrels. This is more than twice that of Exxon Mobil's conventional crude. At current production levels they would last over 20 years.

It is important to understand that these proven reserves are highly economical at current oil prices (e.g., $60 a barrel)....For us, breakeven in oil production is around $25 per barrel sagte Felun beim letzten Report....

Very significantly, Leonid Fedun made the following comments regarding LUKOIL's dividends:

   And the Board of Directors also adopted a very important decision not only the ruble denominated but also hard currency denominated dividends are going to grow. So irrespective of the situation, ruble exchange rate, the dividends over 2014 denominated in dollars are going to be greater than in 2013 and 2012. Even if not by a huge margin, this is a principal position of our Board of Directors.

Bloomberg also reported that LUKOIL is going to continue to grow their dividend in $U.S. dollar terms.....


Könnte aber auch sein dass politische Gründe wie Einfrieren von russischen Konten
Probleme machen

 

Für mich stellt es sich inzwischen so dar, dass ein Mitarbeiter der
BNY Mellon wohl versehentlich einen Teil der Dividendenzahlung
veranlasst hat. Und anschließend seinen Fehler wieder korrigierte.  

da die Dividende nun 2015 ausgezahlt wird fällt die Strafstuer von 30% weg

Am 30. Dezember stand der Euro noch bei 1,22 Dollar, nun liegt der Kurs bei unter 1,18 Dollar. Das heißt allein durch die Umrechnung der in Dollar ausbezahlten Dividende in Euro gibt es noch einige Prozent zusätzlich......  

Die Strafsteuer wurde ja nicht aufgehoben, sondern von 30 auf 15 % gesenkt.
Ob der Passus bei der Lukoil-Dividendenzahlung bereits greift scheint aber nicht so sicher zu sein, da Lukoil die Dividende an die BNY Mellon ja bereits vor dem 1.1.2015 überwiesen hat.  

der Dividenden-Auszahlung an die Aktionäre gibt es immer einen festen Termin.
D.h.  für mich , das die Bank of New york (Aktionär) die Dividende von
Lukoil bekommen hat, damit ist Lukoil aus dem spiel.

Kennt jemand die Gesetzeslage da genauer ?
- Wann muss der ADR-Herausgeber spätestens die dividende weiterreichen
 an die ADR-Inhaber ?
- Muss er überhaupt die Dividende weiterreichen ?
- Was darf er an Selbst-Kosten abziehen  ??

habe heute doch noch von Lukoil (Pavel Akimov) eine Antwort bekommen. Die haben bei der Bank of NY nachgefragt:

"... The Bank of New York Mellon makes payment of dividends on depositary receipts. According to their information, The Bank of New York Mellon received the payment from the local custodian January 20th and expect to pay out to investors on Friday, January 23rd..."

Sooo schnell geht nichts hoch.
und vom tod des Königs auf einen steigenden Ölpreis zu schliessen,
das ist nur 1 Meinung unter vielen vom Markt.

Der Mann war doch die ganze zeit schwer krank, die Geschäfte machte
doch die ganze zeit schon sein thronfolger.

Da hiess es immer, Saudi-arabien kann mit 40$ pro Fass leben.
Die andere jüngere aussage aus dem Königshaus war:
Auf 25$ wird das Faß nicht fallen.

Also immo, kopf hoch, der jetzige Aktienkurs von Lukoil passt zu einem Ölpreis
von 75, aber nimmer von 48 .
das geht wieder runter. du bekommst deinen Eintritt

Sie haben doch schon Gewinn gemacht-mit der Dividende.
Früher kaufen, Mein Einstand vor 15 J -- 2,81
Ta                           Einstand vor 16J ---0,46 Topgewinn ca 5200%
und Rendite nach St. 1600%  

wieviele stück denn?  

wenn aber den Ölpreis (48)  jetzt nimmst und den Kurs der Aktie (38)
und
vergleichst den mit den Ölpreisen (115) und aktienkurs (47) vor 1 Jahr
und
nimmst noch den Rubel , der mal 67% eingebrochen ist,

dann ist die aktie jetzt extrem teuer, kurs 28 wäre angemessen.
Das ist ja schliesslich ein Förderer, da schlagen die Ölpreise
voll durch.
Also für mich ist das zu teuer jetzt

gestern war die am Anfang des Jahres stornierte Dividende in der gleichen Höhe wieder in meinem Depot.

The LUKOIL Board of Directors held a meeting in Moscow today to summarize the preliminary results of the company performance in 2014 and set priorities for 2015 and the near term.

In 2014, as a result of prospecting, 14 fields were discovered, while 38 oil deposits were identified in the exploration areas and producing fields. In 2014, the company obtained 18 new licenses for subsoil use.

The estimated oil production increased by 7% and totaled 97.2 million tons, including 86.3 million tons in Russia and 10.9 million tons overseas. The increase in overseas oil production is attributable to the commissioning of West Qurna-2 oil field in Iraq.

The 2014 volume of retail sales of petroleum and gas products totaled 15.2 million tons. In Russia, the volume of retail sales of fuel increased by 6% and totaled 9.7 million tons. The utilization coefficient of associated (petroleum) gas in the RF came to 89.9% in 2014, which is 2.2 percentage points higher than in 2013.

According to the preliminary estimates, the total sum of tax and customs payments to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation in 2014 will total RUB 1.2 trillion, an increase of 7.9% over 2013, mainly due to the increase in the income tax, mineral-extraction tax and petroleum-product excise-tax payments.

The OAO LUKOIL Board of Directors also set a number of priorities for 2015, including the following:

§ to ensure the steady operation of the company, given the unfavorable macroeconomic conditions, and to preserve the company's competitive positions within the international and national sectoral markets in terms of operational efficiency;

§ to continue exploration in West Siberia, the Ural-Volga, the Timan-Pechora, and Romania in order to continue building up the company's resource base.
