Die Quelle aller Informationen ist bisher nur Novavax selbst.  

Ja, wer weiß es schon so genau was da in den Ampullen vor sich hinwabert...Womöglich ja doch der Stoff, der uns zu willenlosen Sklaven einer durchgeknallten Nomenklatura macht...?

Na, im Zweifel würde ich dann vielleicht doch lieber die Finger von Novavax lassen...

Philippines to get 13M Novavax vaccines by third quarter of 2021: official

MANILA - The Philippines is set to receive 13 million doses of Novavax vaccines by the third quarter of the year, the head of the country's vaccine expert panel said Friday.

Novavax is found to be "efficacious against the original strain, the UK variant and the south African strain," Dr. Nina Gloriani said in an online forum.

"We are sourcing this from the Serum Institute of India," she said.

"It's taking some time because they still have to apply for an emergency use authorization," she said.

In March, vaccine czar Carlito Galvez, Jr. said the country signed a supply deal for the 30 million Novavax doses from the world's largest vaccine manufacturer.

The deal also authorizes the Philippines to order 10 million more jabs should the country need more, he said.

Several developing countries have been looking forward to receive the Novavax jabs as it can be stored at regular refrigeration temperatures, unlike other brands that need below zero temperatures to maintain its efficacy.

Earlier this month, Novavax said it would delay its application for an emergency use authorization in the US and Europe until the third quarter of 2021.

The White House said Thursday that it removed a requirement that is part of the Defense Production Act that gives the U.S. preferential orders for the COVID-19 vaccines developed by AstraZeneca AZN, 0.27%, Novavax Inc. NVAX, +2.67%, and Sanofi SNY, +0.02%. None of these shots have been authorized in the U.S., but the change allows the companies to decide which orders, including from other countries, they will fulfill first. "We are confident in our supply of our authorized vaccines," Jeff Zients, the White House COVID-19 response coordinator, said during a press briefing. The vaccines authorized in the U.S. are the shots developed by Pfizer Inc. PFE, 0.35%, Moderna Inc. MRNA, 3.80%, and Johnson & Johnson JNJ, -0.07%. The U.S. also plans to donate 25 million additional doses of its current supply over the summer, officials said.
