Kapital ist genügend vorhanden. Schön wäre schon eine optische Kursberichtigung (Reverse split) so etwa 1 : 10.
Wenn ich beim derzeitigen Aktienstand von 0,5 USDollar ausgehe, müsste das Unternehmen ca. 650 Mill. US Dollar wert sein, was zum derzeitigen Stand der Dinge eindeutig noch nicht gegeben ist.
Jedoch ist kurzfristig viel Potenzial im Kurs, siehe Vergangenheit, zumal jetzt neben der Entwicklung auch die Kommerzialisierung Einzug hält. Daher mein Tipp:
Keine Aktien von Lit. aus der Hand geben und ggf. nachkaufen.

(3) 190,172,300 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock to be delivered in connection with the Debt Settlement ((1) – (3) together the “Arch Hill Shares”); and
(4) the 525,366,785 Stichting LTC Shares described above.
