Übernahmeangebot mit 150% Kursaufschlag!

Hallo zusammen,

das US-Unternehmen hat heute bestätigt, dass es ein Übernahmeangebot erhalten hat. Konkret bietet das übernehmende Unternehmen 0,01 USD je Aktie an. Heutiger Schlusskurs beträgt 0,0039 USD. Also wird der Kurs derzeit noch 150% unter dem Übernahmekurs gehandelt. Fragt sich nur wie lange. In Kürze sollen weitere Details zum Deal verkündet werden. Das Management befürwortet das Übernahmeangebot und empfehlt seinen Aktionären dieses attraktive Angebot anzunehmen.

Healthnostics Receives Offer to Purchase the Company

Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS) has received an offer to purchase the Company for $.01 per share. A Term Sheet and additional information will soon be posted on the Company website. The Term Sheet will include an Agreement to sell shares. The Healthnostics Board of Directors has unanimously approved the transaction and agreed to recommend that Healthnostics stockholders accept the offer. The transaction is conditional upon receipt of offers to sell at least a majority of the shares of Healthnostics. No stock will be requested until that minimum threshold is met.

ist ja wieder spannend! Die guten News sind leider etwas untergegangen und die shorts sind immer noch am Werk, stellt sich nur die Frage wie lange noch! Das Volumen steigt auch wieder...könnte heute oder montag sehr interessant werden!  

gerade mal 130k shares, hmmm

Healthnostics Releases Tender Offer Results

(PINKSHEETS: HNSS) released results of the tender offer to purchase a minimum of 51 percent of the Company's outstanding shares for $.01 per share. As of the August 12, 2011 deadline, agreements to tender 61,962,250 shares were received which represent 23.5 percent of the 263,833,333 of the most recently reported outstanding shares.

Management did not view this offer as adequate and accordingly did not recommend it. The holders of more than 75 percent of the stock concurred, and the tender offer has now expired.

gab es mal wieder neue NEWS...und der Kurs sinkt trotz fortschreitender Ereignisse immer weiter von Tief zu Tief.......so gut wie keine Nachfrage aus dem ASK.....jedes BID wird dazu genützt in Ruhe ein paar Millionen abzuwerfen!

Ob es hier überhaupt nochmal sowas wie eine Erholung gibt?!?!

die shorts gehen mir langsam echt auf den Keks, aber so langsam sollten die letzten News dafür sorgen, dass es laaaaangsam wieder nach oben geht, ich bin zuversichtlich dass hier in den nächsten Monaten noch richtig was geht...so long!  

wieder zurück bei 0,002 ;-)  

ein kleines Volumen von 1 mio shares, hat sich nicht auf den kurs ausgewirkt, jedoch scheinen keine Verkäufe mehr stattgefunden zu haben, vielleicht haben die shorties ein anderes Opfer gefunden? Jetzt nochmal ne gute News und die Rakete zündet...  

ist das der Verkaufsdruck total verebt ist und wir jetzt nur noch Käufe sehen, obwohl diese auch ziemlich gering sind!

Wichtig für heute wäre es mal über die 0,002 hinaus zu starten um weitere Käufer nach sich zu ziehen!

Der Newsflow ist hier top....aus welchem Grund wir hier in den letzten Woche nur fallende Kurse gesehen haben kann ich nicht sagen....der einzige Grund wäre eine Verwässerung!
Mehr als abwarten kann man derzeit eh nicht.......mein Gefühl sagt mir drin bleiben oder nachkaufen.....leider kein freies Kapital mehr.....so 500k würd ich mir gerne nochmal kaufen  

ja da hat Du recht, selbst bei kleineren Verkäufen kommt der Kurs wieder zurück - war in den letzten Wochen nicht unbedingt der Fall!

Newsflow ist super, aber ich denke es wird noch etwas dauern bis es wieder signifikant nach oben geht, jedoch kann es bei guten News auch sehr schnell gehen, bin ja mal gespannt im US Forum spekuliert man ja schon über Kurse um 0,03 - 0,06 $ schau mer mal, habe noch beo 0,0017 nachgelegt! So long...

Nice find. Looks like HNSS is going after more than just the medical wipe business. If it is capable of everything in that article, is certainly has widespread use in many industries. Could be a huge revenue source for HNSS

scheint es sich hier zum guten zu wenden - shorter sind zwar noch dabei aber so wie es aussieht kommen mehr neue Investoren und wie es aussieht beobachten noch genügend an der Seitenlinie - wird auf jednefall spannend....  

schaut auch die letzten 5 hochs an, sieht gut aus, wenn jetzt noch die 0 Linie 0,0025 durchbrochen wird, dann geht`s ab hier...hoffe ich ;-)
