October 14, 2011 Quantum Announces Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 14, 2011) - Quantum Rare Earth Developments Corp. (TSX VENTURE:QRE)(OTCQX:QREDF)(FRANKFURT:BR3) ("Quantum", the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has arranged, subject to regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 10,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of .15 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000.
Each Unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each full Warrant shall be exercisable into one common share at a price of .25 per common share for a period of 24 months from the Closing Date. Proceeds of the private placement will be used to advance the Elk Creek Carbonatite project and for general working capital. Finders' fees may be pay able in cash, shares or warrants with respect to certain private placement subscribers and in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Angesichts ihres Einsatzes in Hightech-Produkten wie Smartphones oder Hybrid-Antrieben gelten seltene Erden als Rohstoff der Zukunft. Das Problem dabei: China besitzt die mit Abstand größten Vorkommen. Da der Preis dennoch einbricht, reagiert Peking nun: Der in Staatshand befindliche weltgrößte Produzent muss die Förderung einstellen.....
Der Schwerpunkt von Quantum beim Elk Creek Project liegt wohl bei Niob....und die schweren Erden sind da nicht so viele zu finden! Die Interpretation von Quantum:
"The result of the sampling to date has identified mostly Light Rare Earth Oxides (LREO) mineralization, in order of abundance La2O3, Ce2O3, Nd2O3, Pr2O3, and Sm2O3."
Bei den anderen Projekten bleibt es mal abzuwarten...Lynas hat bei Mt. Weld auch nicht so viele "schwere Erden"! Ob es bei den in der Nähe befindlichen Projekten Laverton und Jungle Well besser aussieht?

wenn du hier ausschnitte aus texten postest und dich daran hochziehst, um damit leute zu beeinflussen, obwohl die total aus dem kontext gerissen sind, dann füge zumindest in "deiner" aussage eine quellenangabe bei. das sollte doch möglich sein??
