Ich hatte Darcy geschrieben, hier die Antwort -------------------------------------------------- Thanks for your message, I understand your concerns and I am happy to respond.
We did engage Colliers and listed our Lumby BC building and property in order to field the opportunity to as wide an audience as possible.
Our intention is to attract a joint venture partner that will purchase a significant portion of the asset. Ideally, we would retain a percentage of ownership that will lock in a supply of CBD for our pet products and potentially more return on our investment over time.
On the licensing side, we feel we are in good shape and very close to receiving our initial approval. We spent the summer bringing the facility up to GMP and HACCP standards, which will be ideally suited for the production of topicals, capsules, gummy’s etc under the new edibles regulations. We’ve had three calls with Health Canada over the past four weeks and feel confident that we should have license approval by the end of November, which should give our stock some lift.
Our True Leaf Pet division is doing very well, we have a great team and our products continue to build market share globally. We also launched our new CBD line into the US market last month…see attached product shots.
The cannabis market is seeing a downward trend in both Canada and the US, but the companies with repeat sales, good margins and a solid long term plan are the ones that will be successful. We feel True Leaf is one of those companies and we truly appreciate your support as we forge ahead with our team.
Please let me know if you have any other questions and I will respond as soon as I can.
All the best
