$2 million? Even at .10 the 102,000,000 shares are worth $10,200,000. We got ripped, plain and simple.
And yes, non-dilutable and non-reversable means that he keeps 100M shares regardless of a forward or reverse split.

Amazingkarma,
I agree 100% on bad. I see no interpretation is valid except scam and ripoff. I view not speaking directly to shareholders with any kind of explanation as proof of guilt.
This is the 2nd time for a stock I plan to contact the SEC. I wish SEC was more worthy.

Well, I just sent an e-mail to the company informing them that if it isn't a mistake, I'll be filing a class action lawsuit, and there are PLENTY of firms that will be more than happy to represent.
Upon filing I will be asking for others as shared lead plaintiffs and I will post an e-mail here and elsewhere for anyone interested to send their personal info to.
It better be a mistake...
