(Nasdaq: SMPX) at its 23rd Annual Meeting, selecting the company's clinical paper for a first prize award and offering a dedicated symposium on the company's Vibrant Soundbridge implantable middle ear hearing device (IMEHD).

This paper was selected to receive the Politzer Society's top honors from among six finalist papers.
As part of its four-day scientific program, the Politzer Society's dedicated symposium on the Vibrant Soundbridge addressed key clinical findings supporting the safety and efficacy of the Vibrant Soundbridge as well as data documenting the benefit of the device in bilateral implantation (implantation in both ears).
