Von hochprofitabel kann überhapt keine Rede sein und OTC Firmen mit Marktkapitalisierung von unter 1 million gibt es viele Z.B. Seamless WIFI,Lichtenergiewerke etc.

wenn die aus dem Nichts irgendwelche Anteile für 1,3 Mio verkaufen, können die sich auch am Zopf aus dem Sumpf ziehen. Ich drück die Daumen, auch wenn's schwer fällt.  

das verlustreiche MVNO-Geschäft fällt völlig weg.
das telecom geschäft läuft sehr gut,und ist HOCHPROFITABEL.

TelePlus Completes Sell of Substantially All Wireless Assets

Offenbar wird von der Wallstreet kein sonderlich erfolgreiches Geschäft in 2008 erwartet,was ?!

Die Telefon-Geschäfte liefen 2006 nicht schlecht. Der Verkauf der wireless assets sehe ich als ersten Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Wahrscheinlich werden die endgültigen Zahlen im April veröffentlich.

So sah es letztes Jahr aus:

Telecom sales for 2006 reached $15,904,049. Telecom EBITDA (defined as earnings before depreciation, amortization, interest expenses and taxes) was positive $1,983,445 and net income (before corporate overhead) was $1,141,622 (which is 6.9% of sales). Gross profit reached 31%.

Nein wirklich nicht,da kann Silvasan erzählen was er will:
Teleplus gehört eindeutig zu den Geldvernichtungsmaschinen !
Meldungen wie "Verlustgeschäft verkauft..." die suggerieren,jetzt ginge es voran/aufwärts, sind irreführend.
Das abgestoßene Geschäft war schließlich einst Hoffnungsträger und nicht mal für ein neuesNischen - Erfolgs - Märchen reicht es noch.
Wie entsteht also über Nacht ein "hochprofitables" Geschäft,wenn man sich nur von einem Verlustbringendem Zweig getrennt hat,weiterhin aber kein überzeugendes Modell vorstellt bzw. Zahlen nennt,die Netto Gewinn und nichts anderes versprechen ?

T+  -- das dümmste Investment,das ich je getätigt habe...

nochmal minus 33 Prozent, inzwischen dürfte die Firma wohl pleite sein.
Jetzt kann man mit Silvasan tauschen: Einen 911er gegen seine ganze Firma !!
Lächerlich. Nur noch ein Hintertreppenwitz.
Wahnsinn, wie dieser Mann eine ehemals aufstrebende Firma gegen die Wand geklatscht hat.

denn das Ganze ging ja über Jahre wie eine unendliche Geschichte.
Zum Glück hatte ich nur eine kleine Position.
Es lohnt sich letzten Endes doch, sein Geld in Substanz- und Dividendenwerte zu investieren. Bei solchen Sachen wie Teleplus kanns ganz schön in die Hose gehen.

STRONG FUNDAMENTALS IN THE TELECOM BUSINESS

Our telecom business which includes the Telizon, Avenue and Freedom businesses has performed very well in 2007. Revenue, EBITDA and operating income reached $12.6 million, $1.5 million and $775k respectively as of the third quarter of 2007 (ended Sept 30). We anticipate year end results to be in line with the performance experienced in the first 9 months of 2007. 2008 outlook is positive with an increase in revenue, EBITDA, operating income and number of subscribers expected to continue. 89% of our users are small to midsize businesses with the remaining 11% being residential users. Included in the business users are 43 municipal governments and school boards.

Our telecom services include value added bundled commercial telecommunications packages including local lines, long distance, toll free and high speed internet services to customers in 53 distinct Centrex Serving Areas. The value added component, in addition to significant cost savings, results from us acting as a virtual telecommunications department for our clients, interfacing on their behalf with the underlying wholesale carrier providers for all items pertaining to their existing services and future needs.

In addition to also providing stand-alone long distance services to the commercial market, our telecom division provides long distance and internet services to targeted residential markets.

POSITIVE IMPACT TO FINANCIAL RESULTS OF WIRELESS DIVESTITURE

The positive performance of our telecom division was offset by the weakness experienced in our wireless operation. Thus the recent divestiture of our wireless business which operated the Liberty Wireless and MX Mobile brands will have a positive impact on our financial results moving forward. Our wireless revenue, EBITDA and operating income were $3.8 million, ($486k) and ($1.4 million) respectively for the first nine months of 2007. We incurred more losses in the fourth quarter from wireless operations. Market conditions deteriorated during 2007 making it increasingly difficult to maintain an adequate gross margin, retain existing users and attract new ones. In addition we experienced severe service issues resulting from our transition to a new back office provider announced mid last year. Although unfortunate, the divestiture of our wireless division was appropriate to improve our company's financial performance.

We look forward towards the profitable growth of our telecom business in 2008. We continue to evaluate potential acquisitions and/or business combinations that would increase shareholder value. In addition we continue to evaluate available financing instruments that would reduce non-cash items impact on our statement of operations as well as increase shareholder value.

bei dem miesen Dollarkurs müßten die eigendlich noch tiefer stehen.
Bin gespannt welche Katze Marius am 31zigsten aus dem Sack läßt.
Bin wie immer zuversichtlich, viel tiefer geht es sowieso kaum noch.  

bis zum 31zigsten ist noch lange hin. Ich denke, die Handyladenkette von Marius läuft besser ohne den Wireless-Quatsch.  

wieder ein Tag näher am 31zigsten. Beim Kurs von nullkommanullnullzweieinhalb oder so sind 50% plus oder minus nicht überraschend.
Bleib weiter gespannt wie es weiter geht und teile Marius Zuversicht: "We look forward towards the profitable growth of our telecom business in 2008".  

 

jetzt ist alles übersichtlicher finde ich. Man investiert in eine Handyladenkette für Pleite-Quassler.
70% sind eh der Lacher, wenn man sieht wie die vor zwei Jahren standen.  

wenn am 31zigsten gute Zahlen kommen ist hier bestimmt noch mehr drin. Bin schon länger dabei und natürlich im den Miesen. Mein persönliches Kursziel liegt über 1$ auch wenns mal wieder länger dauert. Die Insolvenzgefahr sehe ich durch den Verkauf erst mal abgewendet.  

Kein Mensch in den USA hat jemals was von dieser Firma gehört.Diese Firma, oder noch besser formuliert, Marius und seine Freunde leben mit der Newsmaschinerie.Hier ist alles dubios. Das ist ein SCAM, Null-Umsatz, alles gefälscht.Hier spricht man über kräftigen Umsatz, trotzdem fällt die Aktie ins Bodenlose. Es kann nicht wahr sein, das nur die deutschen die Firma so gut kennen und der Rest der Welt hat keine Ahnung davon.

Hier wirft die Firmenleitung und seine Freunde neue Aktien in den Markt - Milliarden Shares sind schon im Umlauf. Der R/S kommt bald, deswegen Finger weg von disem SCAM.  

Verkaufen die unter dem Namen Teleplus überhaupt etwas? Die nennen sich doch Liberty Wireless oder so.
Hier sollte man nicht die Zuschauer befragen, sondern den Telefon-Joker nehmen.
