Wall Street Grand Report

News Alert:

Company: Medefile International, Inc. (OTCBB: MDFI)
Current PPS: $0.0054
Website: http://www.medefile.com
Profile: http://www.wallstreetgrand.com/MDFI.html

MDFI is back to attractive levels that have always made gains for us! Last time we alerted MDFI our intial members made a 60% gain! MDFI is currently $0.0054 and ready to make its next big bounce soon! MDFI came out with news this morning announcing the addition of Bartzokis, Rubenstein and Servoss cardiology practice, as well as noted gastroenterologist, Dr. David Hellman, to its innovative Quality of Care program. MedeFile's Quality of Care program partners with doctors, medical practices, and private hospitals, to educate their patients about the importance of MedeFile's Personal Health Record. Slowly but surely MDFI is growing the company and this is one of the best signs for investors.
Remember, MDFI has NO DEBT and recently announced that their revenues are growing aggressively. They continue to expand the business in the United States and are also very excited to be discussing numerous prospects overseas. MDFI will continue to explore each and every possibility that we believe will increase revenue, client base and ultimately shareholder value. As such, they are looking forward to offering their system and services in a variety of translated languages in the fourth quarter 2010. They believe this will enable them to take hold of a lucrative market both in the United States and abroad.

At $0.0054 this is an opportunity to get in at the GROUND FLOOR, in our opinion.

Sales to just 250,000 families could send this stock up thousands of percents!

MDFI's potential market is every single American -- that's 300 million people. And remember, the government will be requiring digital records for everyone.

Imagine if this technology goes to only one-third of just 1 percent of that entire market... that's still a whopping 1 million Americans (or 250,000 families of 4) protected with MedeFile.

This conservative forecast could potentially see this $.005 stock transform into a Ten-Bagger overnight! Of course this is only our opinion but we very much think it is possible! Of course there is always a risk and this stock is very volatile so do your research.

Now here's why I think MedeFile can reach that goal in the next 18 months.

MedeFile (MDFI) made a brilliant marketing decision to sell, at least initially, to groups of individuals. That gives them the extra benefit of a third-party endorsement, AND the marketing advantage of making multiple sales in one big swoop.

They are currently working on deals with: 1) Education associations, 2) Affiliate marketing groups, 3) Physician practices, 4) Employer groups, 5) Retirement communities, 6) Medical associations... and others.

MDFI's concept is so unique and so far ahead of the field, I honestly haven't seen any company that even comes close.

MedeFile's basic costs are already incurred, and the variable cost from each new customer seems fairly marginal. So, as there marketing goes well, the earnings should grow exponentially. And the stock price should skyrocket along with their sales.

In this way, they've created a very nice profit machine -- a recurring revenue stream -- that requires little more than basic maintenance once it's up and running. It's an investor's dream at these sub penny levels!

The next breakout could be around the corner!

450 Postings, 4948 Tage Mithrandirnein,

MedeFile Triggers International Marketing Initiative With Russian Translation of www.medefile.com / Translations in French, German and Spanish Soon to Follow

BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 24 , 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MedeFile International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: MDFI) , a provider of portable patient-centric electronic medical record management solutions, today announced that its web site, found at http://www.medefile.com/, is now available in Russian, with translations in French, German and Spanish expected to be accessible within the next quarter.

"MedeFile's long term growth strategy has always provided for empowering patients worldwide with the ability to take full control of their medical records," stated Kevin Hauser, Chief Executive Officer of MedeFile. "For this vision to be realized, it is essential that our web site cater to the needs of individuals on a global basis. According to Internet World Stats, of the more than 6.8 billion Internet users by language, less than 20% are English. Moreover, the stats reveal that Russian is among the fastest growing languages used on the web, second only to Arabic."

Continuing, Hauser noted, "Through the translation of our web site into multiple languages, we are able to effectively roll out our global marketing strategy, extending our reach to prospective new MedeFile subscribers well beyond current domestic boundaries. We're very excited by our progress on this important strategic initiative and expect that it will result in enhancing the value and global presence of the MedeFile brand, while measurably contributing to our Company's future growth as we persist in our efforts to penetrate the international market place."

MedeFile and PrescriptionDrugs.com Team to Offer Consumers Better Solution for Tracking and Managing Medications

BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MedeFile International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: MDFI) , a leader in portable patient-centric electronic medical record management solutions, today announced that it is teaming with PrescriptionDrugs.com to offer consumers the MedeFile solution to better enable them to track and manage their prescribed medications and avoid potential life-threatening drug interactions.

PrescriptionDrugs.com is a free online resource for comprehensive drug discount and couponing programs for prescription drugs, as well as helpful, in-depth health news, articles and reference materials related to medical conditions and their prescribed treatments. The popular web destination enjoys tens of thousands of visitors each month who rely on the site to educate them on their prevailing health and medical conditions and save up to 70% on the drugs prescribed to treat them.

According to a September 2010 NCHS data brief released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, over the last decade the percentage of Americans who took at least one prescription drug increased by 10%. The use of multiple prescription drugs increased by 20% and the use of five or more drugs increased by 70%. Moreover, among older Americans (aged 60 and over), more than 76% used two or more prescription drugs and 37% used five or more.

Serial entrepreneur Michael "Zappy" Zapolin, Founder of PrescriptionDrugs.com, noted, "The prescription of two or more drugs for simultaneous use by a patient raises the possibility that one of those drugs will affect the intensity and duration of effect of the other(s), and can introduce the possibility of serious side effects occurring. It is widely accepted in the medical community that patients can reduce their risk of drug interactions by keeping each of their doctors well informed about all drugs being prescribed to them."

Through the use of MedeFile, subscribers have the ability to electronically store all prescriptions, tests, scans, reports and regimens so, with authorization by the subscriber, every doctor, clinic, hospital or pharmacist can see a clear picture of the subscriber's medical conditions and prescribed treatments. More specifically, after the subscriber enters his or her doctors, hospitals, emergency contacts, prescriptions, medical conditions and other pertinent information about their medical history into the MedeFile system, MedeFile does the rest. Experienced professionals at MedeFile gather and process all of the subscriber's records, paper or electronic, X-rays, MRIs, etc. and then transforms them into digital images - either on demand by the subscriber or at a minimum, every quarter without subscriber prompting. Using its proprietary software, MedeFile then indexes the records by date, provider, and record type or by a customized theme, enabling the subscriber, his or her doctors, pharmacists, caretakers - or anyone they choose - to find the relevant medical information they need, quickly and easily.

Continuing, Zapolin noted, "Clearly, the MedeFile solution is a very robust electronic medical record management system that is very simple to use. But, what resonated with us was the fact that it offers patients - particularly those with multiple care providers -- the ideal mobile solution for storing, tracking and managing their prescription medications. Moreover, it delivers users the value-added benefit of automatically cross-checking prescriptions for potential adverse interactions that could at a minimum result in unpleasant side effects; or at worse, result in failed treatment or loss of life. Consequently, we are very pleased to endorse the patient-centric MedeFile system and make this highly complementary solution available to our web users."

Kevin Hauser, Chief Executive Officer of MedeFile, stated, "By aligning with PrescriptionDrugs.com, we can effectively target, educate and ultimately empower potentially thousands of new MedeFile subscribers. This is an important new relationship for our Company and one we expect will contribute measurably to our growth as we persist in our global market penetration efforts."
