"Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. (XLY.V) (CBWTF) (“Auxly” or the “Company”) today announced that, further to the Company's October 18, 2019 press release, certain holders of the Company's remaining 6% unsecured convertible debentures in the principal amount of $98,690,000 maturing on January 16, 2020 (the "Debentures") elected to either convert or amend their Debentures, resulting in $95,425,001 of the principal amount of the Debentures being settled and reducing Auxly’s interest expense by approximately $1.25 million through: (i) the repayment of $79,439,174 of debt; and (ii) the conversion of $15,985,826 into 21,602,460 common shares of the Company at the price of $0.74 per share. “The successful repayment of the majority of the Debentures has strengthened our balance sheet and effectively left Auxly with no long-term debt payable for the next three years,” said Hugo Alves, CEO of Auxly.

bei FB angemeldet? Dann geh in die Investoren Gruppe. Da spielt die Musik, nicht in irgendwelchen Foren, wo sich die Leute - hinter ihrer Anonymität versteckt - nur verarschen und anfeinden.
Ich glaube, dass Auxly sich von der Apple-Verkaufs-Philosophie inspireren lassen hat. Die Geschäfte sollen aussehen wie ein Apple Store. Das finde ich auch, was mir sehr gefällt. Und scheinbar machen sie es so, wie damals beim iPhone, wo die Leute noch lange vor Verkaufsstart vor den Geschäften gewartet haben. Künstliche Verknappung macht die Leute scharf auf das Produkt. Mir soll es recht sein ;-)
ich habe nur Cannabis-Aktien und ein bisschen Wirecard im Depot liegen. Letzte Woche war mein Depot bei Consorband noch mit "F (hochriskant)" bewertet. Seit gestern steht da "A (solide)"! Welches abgefahrene Regelwerk liegt diesem Algorithmus zu Grunde!? ;-)
Wer hatte hier letztens noch geschrieben 1,38?? Im Moment sind wir wieder ziemlich nah an 38 Cent ,zumindest auf dem guten Weg dahin!! Ich nehme immer noch Wetten entgegen!!
sollte ich nicht hier sein, und warum sollte ich verkaufen?? Weil es Leute gibt die mit Tatsachen nicht umgehen könne? Ich mache den Kurs nicht, ich stelle nur fest! Ich stelle mich halt dagegen,wenn es immer wieder Behauptungen gibt, wie; nächste Woche Ausbruch , Super Neuigkeiten , bald gehts ab und und und... Da geht halt nicht s ab, und das sage ich wie ich es denke!!
