Musk hat auf der PK einen interessanten Vergleich gebracht (siehe Zitat unten): Als das Smartphone kam haben viele Handy-Hersteller noch weiter an Klapphandys gearbeitet und somit Ressourcen vergeudet und sind daran zugrunde gegangen wie z.B. Nokia (zumindest als Handy-Hersteller spielen sie keine Rolle mehr, vorher waren sie Marktführer).
Nur die die ihre ganze Kraft auf Smartphones konzentriert haben haben überlebt.
Analog hat Tesla mit dem Model Y zwar das beste Klapphandy welches man kaufen kann (Meistverkaufte Auto der Welt in 2023 und 2024 und meiner Meinung nach sicher auch 2025), aber für die Zukunft ist entscheidend wer führend auf dem Gebiet des autonomen Fahrens ist.
Darauf konzentriert sich Tesla und im Juni startet der erste autonome Fahrdienst in Austin.
Dass FSD unsupervised natürlich Level 4 haben wird ist keine unbelegte Aussage wie hier gemeldet wurde sondern leitet sich schlichtweg aus der Definition der Level ab. Man muss nur verstehen was "unsupervised" bedeutet.

Some people still do it, but it’s rare.
