American Cannabis Company, Inc. Announces Filing of Form 10-K.

DENVER, CO / NEW MEDIA NEWS / December 28, 2018 / American Cannabis Company, Inc. (OTCQB: AMMJ) (“ACC”), a full-service business-to-business consulting solutions provider, and seller of ancillary products to the cannabis industry, commented today on the filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 26, 2018.

Mr. Terry Buffalo, the Company’s Principal Executive Officer, commented: “I am happy to announce this filing. The Company ran into significant headwinds that caused it to be late with its annual report for last year, including the death of our CFO’s wife at the start of the audit process, and the resulting difficulties caused by our auditor not having conducted a previous audit of our Company.

Additionally, we transitioned our Chief Financial Officer’s function so that he would work solely for the Company as an employee on-site. Although this process took more time than anyone wanted or expected, I believe the end result will be more streamlined and efficient accounting overall, and this should allow the Company to make timely filings of its Commission reports.

Addressing the Company’s quarterly filings that remain outstanding for 2017, Mr. Buffalo further commented: “Work has been ongoing in preparing these filings, and everyone at the Company is working diligently to complete the outstanding quarterly filings. Schauen wir mal, ob den Ankündigungen auch zügig Taten folgen.  

Was auch immer heute Abend mit den deutschen Kurs los ist, ich habe sie zum Verkauf genützt.

US-Kurs gerade bei 0,46$, hier konnte man für 0,80€ bzw. 0,70€ verkaufen.
 

Haste wieder günstig zurück gekauft heute?

 

Ich habe heute morgen zwar wieder eine Order platziert, aber leider zu niedrig angesetzt, so dass der Zug heute ohne mich fährt.
Wäre auch zu schön gewesen, wenn das geklappt hätte.
Aber vielleicht versuche ich es nochmal.  

Ein Hype nimmt neigt sich seinem Ende. Muss man dabei gewesen sein?
