Ich meine mich zu erinnern dass eine im pink gelistete Firma keinen so umfangreichen Bericht abliefern muss! Korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege.

Ist das evtl. ein Versuch, durch die Offenlegung, größere Investoren anzulocken?

BMSN is not a ”10-K/financials” play. BMSN is an FDA approval play.

I am expecting some major announcements to be released in the near future. Only a guess, but maybe we see some of this news as early as this week.

Biotechnology company Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc (PINKSHEETS:BMSN) reported on Tuesday a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire patented intellectual property covering a novel means of treating breast cancer by augmenting the immune system using a "gene silencing" approach.

This LOI was initiated by the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Regen BioPharma Inc.

The company said that the technology has been published in peer-reviewed journals by Professor Min, which documents its capacity of reducing tumours in melanoma (Zheng et al. J Immunol. 2006 Oct 15;177(8):5639-46) and breast cancer models (Zheng et al. Int J Cancer. 2013 Feb 15;132(4):967-77).

According to the company, the gene silencing therapy was developed with the help pf USD1.5m of grant money at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. This approach offers the possibility of destroying tumours in a non-toxic manner through leveraging the body's own immune system to recognise the cancer as "foreign" and subsequently eradicating it.

Additionally, the transaction contemplated by the LOI is subject to the execution of one or more definitive agreements on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to the parties.

auf ihub meinte jemand, man solle aufpassen, wenn es plötzlich ganz schön nach unten abrauschen sollte, denn das wäre ein sehr gutes zeichen dafür, dass eine positive news zum approval kommt!

Guten morgen Ihr Lieben.

Im Großen und Ganzen steht im 10K nichts unerwartetes, kaum revenues, viel Finanzierung und dilution um Forderungen nachzukommen (hab ihn auch nur überflogen).

Für mich geht es hier aber nicht um den 10K, da dieser wie erwartet nicht gerade gut aussfällt, sondern um das FDA IND approval. Nicht mehr und auch nicht weniger. Vllt noch um den Orphan drug status...(btw. die FDA hat mir auf meine Mail bzgl. der Orphan Drug und ob 2 Medikamente für die gleiche Krankheit diesen Status bekommen können).

Heute sollte das approval oder eben die Ablehnung vom FDA kommen, sofern der 5. Februar das Datum ist and dem das IND eingereicht wurde. Also sollten wir spätestens Montag news bekommen.

wie wir gesehen hatten, war es gestern tatsächlich ganz schön mal heftig abgerauscht! wenn das ein gutes zeichen war, dann können meinetwegen die news auch montags kommen!  ;)
