und ganz unverkrampft und locker durch die Hose atmen?  

auch ruhig einen Kleinen nebenbei gönnen,dann klappt das schon noch mit dem Kursziel von 1,93Euro.  

Nehme ich doch gleich auf Watch.Sollte sich lohnen.;)  

Ich beobachte schon eine Zeit lang die ganzen

Meldungen bei WO und allgemein.

Offensichlich ist ja schonmal, dass der alte Vertrag in Hanoi

für das Pilotprojekt tatsächliich existiert hat. Der ist jetzt

durch einen neuen 10Jahres Vertrag erweitert worden und

dafür wird die Regierung in Vietnam auch einen Grund haben.

Die gewisse Person bei WO hat jetzt auf jeden Fall eine

deutliche Verkaufswelle ausgelöst und die Korrektur ist jetzt

langsam vorbei, wenn man den Angaben glaub, das der

Kurs bei 0,25 liegen müsste. Also unabhangig davon, ob der

Seitenlange Reisebericht (der ja irgendwie nicht nur auf

die reinen Informationen abgezielt war) jetzt stimmt oder

nicht ... die überverkaufte Situation scheint erreicht zu

sein.

Wenn ich die fundamentalen Informationen so sehe überlege

ich da schon, ob das Ding zu einem Teil bei mir im Depot

liegen sollte ... bisher hab ich da auch mal schön die Finger

von gelassen

Pacific Lottery Corporation unterzeichnet Rahmenvertrag über Volllisting in Deutschland. Calgary, 15. Februar 2008 - Die Pacific Lottery Corporation (das 'Unternehmen') (ISIN CA6945261049 / WKN 120755) ist erfreut bekannt zu geben, dass man heute einen Rahmenvertrag ('der Vertrag') mit der Privilige Relations LLP aus London, ('Privilge') geschlossen hat, damit diese dem Unternehmen behilflich ist, die aktuelle Notierung der Wertpapiere des Unternehmens in eine Notierung der Wertpapiere im Entry Standard der Frankfurter Börse umzuwandeln.

Der Vertrag sieht vor, dass Privilige als Koordinator in allen Belangen in Bezug auf die Notierung der Wertpapiere auftritt. Zudem sieht der Vertrag vor, dass die renommierte Anwaltskanzlei Heuking Kühn Lür Wojtek als Rechtsbeistand des Unternehmens auftritt und alle notwendigen Unterlagen für die Zulassung vorbereitet und einreicht. Darüber hinaus sieht der Vertrag die Berufung der 886 AG Wertpapierhandelsbank zum Institutional Agent und Designated Sponsor vor. Und schließlich sieht der Vertrag die mögliche Platzierung von Wertpapieren durch eine internationale Investmentbank vor.

Das Unternehmen geht davon aus, dass diese Vereinbarung und das folgende Volllisting der Wertpapiere am Frankfurter Markt dabei behilflich sein werden, den Aktionären eine höhere Liquidität zu bieten. Zudem ist das Unternehmen auch der Meinung, dass dies, im Zusammenspiel mit weiterhin erfolgreichen Geschäftsaktivitäten des Unternehmens in Vietnam, ein wichtiger Schritt auf dem Weg zum angestrebten Ziel des Unternehmens ist, zusätzlichen Shareholder Value zu schaffen.  

Die will ich erst mal sehen. Hat die PR Agentur in deren Namen angekündigt. Wo sind diese??  

Sehr interessante News für PLC.

Ich denke mal damit wäre ja wohl die Behauptung widerlegt, dass der

Kurs bei 0,10 liegen wird.

Die Vertragspartner von PLC wurden offensichtlich überzeugt, dass PLC

mit seinem Geschäftsmodell ins Volllisting aufsteigen kann.

Wenn hier wieder die 0,50EUR - Marke erreicht wird, ist es in Richtung

0,75EUR und 1,-EUR sicher auch nicht mehr weit.

Die nächsten Nachrichten bzgl. der Inbetriebnahme der Terminals werden

wohl zeigen, womit innerhalb der nächsten Monat gerechnet werden kann. 

 

6 oder 8 Monaten raus zu 0,75, Einkauuf bei 0,45,jetzt 0,25?
Frage hangt das mit Dr.Angel Bericht zusammen oder was ist hier los?  

Der hat wohl wirklich rausgefunden was da abgeht. Zuerst wollte angeblich die Firma alles klarstellen. Darauf warten die Anleger nun schon seit Wochen. Das schlägt sich logischerweise im Kurs nieder!

The Corporation has completed several tasks since its last update:

1. The construction of the new Computer Operations centre in Vietnam is now completed. The extensive upgrading and retrofitting of the Computer Operations Centre in Vietnam will ensure that the Corporation's latest "state of the art" proprietary Lottery technology will be properly housed during the 10 year operational term of the new Vietnamese Lottery program.

2. The sophisticated and customised IBM Central Server equipment that will provide the infrastructure backbone for the new Vietnamese On-line Lottery Central System was recently shipped and has already been delivered to Vietnam. At present this system is undergoing installation. In general, commencement of operations can begin shortly after completion of the installation process, which includes among other tasks, communications network link up and user acceptance testing by the customer and the Corporation's technical personnel.

3. The Corporation's technical staff has begun the set up, installation and multi-connection process of the new Central System technology.

4. The Corporation has been advised by the Vietnamese Lottery Authority that it has completed the identification, suitability review and sign up of the initial complement of new retailers for this phase of the new lottery program. The Corporation is ready to deliver its proprietary Lottery Terminals to the retailers as retailer shops are established and completed. As well, immediately after installation of the new Terminals in approved retailer locations, retailer marketing training will begin.

5. The Corporation is pleased to announce that ramping up of the technical staff both in Canada and Vietnam has continued. Additional senior technical staff has recently been deployed to Vietnam to assist with work on various aspects of the Lottery operational implementation and installation program. On the technology side they encompass additional software programming and hardware specialty support services. On the operational side, the staff are currently involved in various training activities and marketing programs preparations that will be used by both retailers and Vietnamese Lottery officials immediately prior to, and post launch of the new Vietnamese lottery program.

6. Pre-launch Marketing activities have begun. The marketing program will include (but is not limited to) promotion of the basic Vietnamese Lottery brand as well as education and promotion of the new 8 individual games that will be offered as part of the new Vietnamese Lottery program.

Overall the Corporation is pleased with the significant achievements to date and is looking forward to continuing progress towards new operational accomplishments in the weeks, months and years ahead.

Ist auf jeden Fall ein Highfleyer in meinem Depot. Mal schauen was die guten Kontakte in Vietnam einer Firma so in die Kasse spülen können.

Sieht aus als wurden die ängstlichen mit System hinausgeschüttelt. Der Hype steht hier noch bevor. Dafür ist das Interess weiterhin zu groß. Glaubst du, die fetten Kapitalgeber geben sich auf dauer mit dem Kurs zufrieden?
Entweder ein riesen TOP der FLOP.  

Also ich denke d007 du verbreitest viel heiße Luft zu dem Papier. Jedenfalls scheinen die guten Beziehungen zu Vietnam zu wirken und das Papier bleibt weiter im Aufwind bzw. könnte vor einer fetten Kurssteigerung stehen.

Kein Wunder das du so pessimistisch bist ;-) Hast mit Amex seit letztem Jahr wohl ganz schön in die Sch..gegriffen. Da lob ich mir doch das bisschen bashen bei PCF und die vorhanden Phantasie gestützt durch einen 10 - Jahresvertrag zum Geld verdienen.
