Unglaublich, was mattress und greenlit machen. Sagenhafte Zuwächse.  

Subsequent to the Reporting Period, in November 2020, Mattress Firm successfully raised USD550 million in new debt. As part of
the process both Moody’s and S&P issued new ratings for Mattress Firm. The proceeds raised, together with USD184 million balance sheet cash were used to repay the existing USD465 million term loan and the
USD192 million HoldCo payment-in-kind (PIK) loan, leaving Mattress Firm in a strong operational position.

Die Halbjahresergebnisse kommen am 25.06.21 :).... Genau nach der Klägerabstimmung... diese sollten uns wohl zum ersten Mal die echte Steinhoff zeigen... Die Kläger haben keine andere Chance als zuzustimmen. Aus deren Sicht am besten so schnell wie möglich und dann sich dick eindecken mit Aktien.  

IPO steht bald an!

The Group has been considering a possible public
listing of the Fantastic Group. During the quarter, the IPO process was postponed until later in the 2021 Reporting Period when it is expected COVID-19-related uncertainty will be reduced, making it easier for investors to assess growth prospects for the business. No definitive decision has been taken with respect to any specific course of action or timing at this point.

Schaut so aus als wenn man in Afrika einen knapp 10-minütigen Zeitvorsprung im Vergleich mit den Publikationen hat......

Q1 - 21 ist ja mit Q1 - 20 trotz Corona in 21 super gelaufen.
Da scheinen sich ja die Fortschritte aus 2020 so langsam aus zu zahlen.

Da lehne ich mich schon mal ein bisschen entspannter zurück.

Für die Jahresbilanz 2020 . Hier bin ich noch nicht durch.
Nur auf ein paar Zahlen zu schauen ist für mich noch keine Bewertung.

nein..
wenn die Holding aufgelöst werden sollte, interessiert das niemanden auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Denn es wären nur die direkten Holdingmitarbeiter betroffen und das sind nicht so viele.
All die Mitarbeiter der Töchter, die du meinst, hätten nach dem Verkauf der jeweiligen Tochter ( was im Falle einer Insolvenz der Holding ja passieren würde) einfach nur einen anderen Chef, sonst nichts.
