I tried this exchange for a few crypto transactions
1) Interface is extremely bad and all deposits end up in error all the time. You need to contact customer care for almost all deposits especially for users from India using the other deposit method.
2) The customer seems to have no idea of what are the deposit limits and withdrawal limits and deposit methods. So, they give random replies like try another method, we are looking into it, etc. every time you raise an issue with the interface or report a problem with the deposit.
3) Crypto buying and withdrawal are pathetic experiences. Sometimes withdrawals take up to 5 days or more as they tend to cancel all the withdrawal requests even after providing proof of deposits. This happens because their teams work in silos. They come up with new requirements of documents every time l make a deposit using the net banking option on their own platform. Though this is a nice feature to avoid fraud or money laundering activities this makes the exchange unusable for arbitrage traders or other traders with instant strategies. Instead, they could collect the documents upfront and record the transactions made on their own platform.
4) Finally, after getting through all this mess to use the exchange further, I noticed that they randomly charged me a markup fee of 10% on the INR deposits and the customer care initially seemed to have no idea about it. But after multiple emails, they finally blamed it on the third-party service provided saying that the low deposit amount is due to the markup fee which is insanely high. This is the final blow to avoid this exchange at all costs. They show a different price during the deposit and after the deposit, you will be surprised to see a low amount with all the markup fees deducted after a few deposits. I still need to learn from their support team why was the markup fee not charged for my initial deposits. This markup fee essentially means you are instantly at a 10 % loss on your deposit and can only gain if you trade crossed the 10% profit margin and then even more to cover the withdrawal amount of 5 dollars. And all this happens in a non-transparent manner as they show that there is no fee charged for deposits and a conversion fee that is a bit higher than the market fee only to wonder after the deposit.
5) I requested multiple meetings with the account manager to discuss this issue but it was very difficult to reach them or talk to them. I wrote messages/emails to them only to see no response.
So finally, I wish I could give 0 stars to this platform and I wish that they fix all these issues become transparent, and achieve success
But unfortunately for now refrain from using the exchange. Until at least they fix their transparency issue
