Technische Analyse Spectrum Sciences:


Der Aktienkurs stößt nun an die obere Begrenzung des Trendkanals bei 2,45 US$. Wir erwarten, dass sich der Aufwärtstrend noch deutlich beschleunigt, sobald der Ausbruch über diese, im Chart grün markierte, Linie gelingt. Der Aktienkurs könnte sehr schnell auf ein Niveau von 3 bis 3,50 US$ steigen.

Der Grund für unseren Optimismus liegt in dem enormen Handelsvolumen, dass mit den jüngsten Kurssteigerungen einhergeht. Die Kursgewinne sind damit als sehr solide und nachhaltig zu betrachten. Aufgrund des erwarteten charttechnischen Ausbruchs und dem starken Anstieg des Handelsvolumens erhöhen wir unser kurzfristiges Kursziel auf 3,50 US$. Wir werden unser Kursziel erneut nach oben anpassen, sobald Spectrum Sciences einen größeren Vertrag bezüglich des SafeBorders-Produkts abschließt. Ein solcher Deal könnte den Jahresumsatz schlagartig auf über 25 Mio. US$ erhöhen.

Die Aktie ist auch im Peer-Group-Vergleich ein absolutes Schnäppchen. Andere Unternehmen aus der Branche werden weitaus höher bewertet. Sowohl die fundamentalen, als auch die charttechnischen Faktoren sprechen aus unserer Sicht eindeutig für einen Kauf.

Spectrum Sciences Announces $41.7 Million Contract for Operations and Maintenance Extended

Planned Extension of its Current Gila Bend AFAF - Barry M. Goldwater Range Contract Underway


FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla., March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPSC - News) announces the award of the new contract for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Gila Bend Auxiliary Airfield (GBAFAF) and the Barry M. Goldwater Range (BMGR), scheduled to start May 1, 2004, has been delayed. In order to prevent a potential loss of services, the Government has given preliminary notice of its intention to extend the subject contract for up to 6 additional months. A Bid Protest has been lodged by one of the competing contractors under the solicitation. The protest has been submitted to the GAO as Bid Protest B- 293582.001 and is awaiting resolution. The GAO has assigned a due date of no later than April 26, 2004 for ruling on the protest.

Goldwater Air Force Range is considered the linchpin of military air training in Arizona, valued by pilots for its vastness and versatility and by several communities as a key economic asset. " I call it the `Jewel of the Nile,`" said Luke Air Force Base`s commander, Brig. Gen. Philip Breedlove. " It`s the centerpiece for training in this whole state. It`s the best training range in the world for young fighter pilots."

Breedlove goes on to state that the value of the range has been amply demonstrated by the success of the pilots who have trained there. In the 1991 Persian Gulf War, 50 percent of the F-16 pilots, most F-15 pilots and all of the A-10 pilots who helped defeat Iraq trained on the range, the Air Force says. Most of the Navy and Marine Corps` F/A-18 and AV-8B aircrews also trained on the range. All the F-16 and A-10 pilots involved in the Iraq war trained there. On March 19, 2004, Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. (the
" Company" ) received a resignation letter (the " Initial Letter" ) from Donal
Myrick in which he resigns as chief executive officer of the Company. On March
24, 2004, by a supplemental letter (the " Supplemental Letter" ), Mr. Myrick
resigned from all of his positions with the Company and its affiliates. Mr.
Myrick`s Initial Letter expresses his disagreement with matters relating to the
Company`s operations, policies and practices. Both the Initial letter and
Supplemental Letter are filed with this Form 8-K and are included as Exhibit
99.1 and 99.2.

The Board of Directors (the " Board" ) vigorously disagrees with the
assertions made by Mr. Myrick in the Initial Letter. One March 25, 2004, by
letter to Mr. Myrick, the Board objected to his allegations, and unconditionally

Gentlemen:

In the past several weeks, the Board of Directors ( " Board" ) of Spectrum
Science & Software Holdings Corp. (" Spectrum" ) has taken certain actions which I
believe are adverse to the best interest of Spectrum and to which I have
objected as CEO and as a Board member. It is clear that through these actions,
neither the Board nor its counsel is operating in the best interests of
preserving and protecting Spectrum or its shareholders, but instead are taking
actions designed to benefit a single shareholder, Mr. Bobby Genovese.

Most recently, I have raised issues to the Board and Spectrum`s counsel
concerning the need to file an accurate 8-K relating to the transactions which
have been undertaken and are contemplated to be undertaken, as a result of Board
action. I believe that filing an appropriate 8-K is necessary in order that
stockholders and potential investors of Spectrum have full knowledge of
transactions that are occurring in the company. Among other issues I have raised
with the forms of 8-K which have been drafted, are that they fail to address the
following:

1. An accurate description of Genovese`s position vis- -vis, Spectrum;
i.e., that he is an insider, a control person, a debt-holder and a stockholder.
Moreover, the shareholders and potential investors should be aware of his role
in Spectrum and how that role will be impacted by the various stock options and
the contemplated consulting agreement.

2. An accurate description of the liquidity crisis as set forth in the
letter dated March 5, 2004, from Nancy Gontarek to the board of directors.

3. An accurate description of the motivation of Board members other
than me in authorizing a stock option plan as a principal means to raise money
for capital and to avoid Genovese`s threats to demand payment on notes (Indeed,
the change in options going to Genovese from 4 million to 9 million with no
discussion or rationale highlights Genovese`s control position);

4. An appropriate and full disclosure of Genovese`s " new" demand of
\$1.6 million in invoices, which may or may not be valid obligations and the fact
that no one has verified the validity of that alleged debt;

5. An accurate description of Spectrum`s obligations to me and the fact
that management salaries have been reduced while at the same time Mr. Genovese
is being granted sweetheart deals.

6. An accurate description of Mr. Genovese`s allegations of fraud
against Spectrum and the inaccuracy of Spectrum financials relating to his
internal loan investment and his threat to demand payment on the notes unless he
was provided with additional stock.



In addition, I have concerns regarding the independence of the Board and
Spectrum`s legal counsel. It is clear that the directors, other than myself,
are operating solely to benefit Mr. Genovese and the enhancement of his stock
position in the company.

As CEO and Board member, I believe that the proposed issuance of stock
options to Mr. Genovese is without proper consideration and creates a negative
financial impact to the detriment of Spectrum and the shareholders and is only
designed to benefit Mr. Genovese. Moreover, the consulting agreement, which has
been approved by the other Board members other than me, is an artifice designed
by Mr. Genovese to the detriment of the shareholders and potential shareholders.
The failure to disclose these items fully in the 8-K raises further concerns in
my mind.

For over a year, Spectrum has been operated under the direction of Mr.
Genovese and my role relegated to that of a figurehead. I have had no control,
but rather have been forced to watch as Genovese calls all of the shots and
controls the direction and actions of Spectrum. Based upon the foregoing, and
despite my objections which are being overridden by the other Board members and
by direction of counsel for Spectrum, I feel that I have no choice but to resign
my position as CEO effective as of this date.

ganz ehrlich, *oft* sind das Hyperzocker die Werte extrem hochprügeln *nicht immer* begründet
bis dann alle einsteigen - dann der große Sell off  (nicht immer - aber oft)

bei so einem Chart kommt 100% eine Abkühlung (irgendwann)

is ja auch alles ok - nur - man sollte sich seine Gewinne auf KEINEN FALL nehmen lassen (also nicht bis ins Minus behalten)

nix ärgert einen mehr als von einem fetten Plus ins Minus zu laufen

also - objektiv bleiben (ja, ich weiß - schwer) und nicht BLIND der es ist alles so toll Stimmung hinterherlaufen (bis ins Verderben)

Verlauf ist identisch mit Taser. Taser ging von 1,74$ auf über 120$! Bin selbst seit Ende März dabei. Seit Mitte März gab es KEINEN Handelstag, an dem die Aktie nicht gestiegen ist! Volumen gestenr auf Rekordniveau bei knappen 10Mio. Aktien! SPSC arbeitet seit Ewigkeiten mit dem US_Verteidigungsministerium zusammen, hat in diesem Jahr bereits Deal mit der dt. Luftwaffe abgeschlossen, es stehen eine Vielzahl neuwer Aufträge an...!

Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass wir noch in diesem Jahr Kurse weit jenseits von 10$ sehen werden....!
Schlagt verbal auf mich ein, aber in einiger Zeit sprechen wir uns wieder....!

Grund ( die Gier ) , habe ich Gestern 50 % Versilbert , so habe ich meinen Einsatz wieder raus , die anderen 50 % habe ich mit einem SL abgesichert , also egal was kommt ich mache mein + , wieviel wird sich zeigen vielleicht " nur " 80 % vielleicht aber auch mehrere 100% !!
