DICOM Group's delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange approved by the FWB

Basingstoke, 04 October 2005 - DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group"), a global leader of Information Capture and Communications solutions, today announced that the Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange approved the application by DICOM Group to delist DICOM Group shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. DICOM Group's delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be effective on December 29, 2005.

There will be an exchange of share certificates. All German shares (ISIN: DE 0009314864) will be automatically exchanged to British shares. DICOM Group will continue to be listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: DCM; ISIN Code: GB 0002682622). Therefore those shareholders whose shares have been exchanged will be able to trade their British shares on the LSE.

The public announcement will be made in the Official Gazette "Financial Times Deutschland" and on the website of DICOM Group.
