In Mangan zu investieren mag eine gute Idee sein. Vielleicht tut das o.g. Unternehmen auch irgendwann einmal. Bis heute gibt es keine Aktivitäten hierzu. Das Unternehmen hat NICHTS.
Genau gesagt fast nichts:
Cash 60.000 CAD auf der Aktivseite, Aktienkapital und Millionenverluste auf der anderen Seite.
Dieses Unternehmen hätte Schwierigkeiten, ein Auto zu leasen, weil es hoffnungslos überschuldet ist. Eine Mine wird es m.E. niemals erwerben können, denn keine Bank würde das finanzieren. Und das Eigenkapital ist nicht mehr vorhanden.
Es gibt ja auch kein Personal in diesem Unternehmen: die Lohnausgaben pro Monat betragen 7.200 CAD.
So bleibt als Hoffnungsschimmer ein unverbindlicher LoI.

Aus dem letzten Quartalsbericht zum 31.10.2016:
In November 2016, the Company entered an arms-length letter of intent to acquire 2 mineral claims consisting of 20,000 hectares with indications of manganese in the State of Mato Grosse, Brazil. The terms of the acquisition include the payment of US$10,000 and the issuance of 200,000 common shares of Maxtech, the transaction is subject to the CSE and other regulatory approvals. The Company plans to complete the negotiation of signing a definitive agreement and to complete due diligence by March 30, 2017.
