zusätzlich leistung Boni..verdient hat!.
War letzte male genauso,aber Aktieonäre wollen erst ergebnis sehen!.
Zustimmung mit Aktien Paketen frei im Markt gekauft wird,könnte ich eher fair appelieren.Damit Management genauso wie wir in Boot sitzen.  

was ihr so alles als Aktionäre von SH erwartet (und wie die Management-Entlohnung auszugestalten ist) und es dann noch nicht einmal hinbekommt, euch zur HV stimmgewaltig zu organisieren, sodass alle anstehenden  HV-Entscheidungen sowieso wieder nur durch PIC getroffen werden, dann frage ich mich, ob ihr in diesem Risikopapier als Langfristaktionär wirklich richtig aufgehoben seid...

At the request of the administrators, the Amsterdam District Court has determined some (operational) directions concerning the hearing of 19 May 2021 at 10.30 CET. Said directions are set out in an emailfrom the Court, which at the request of the court is cited in its entirety below. An informal English translation of the email from the Court is also provided below.

 *** Dear Mr Heems, Following your email of 5 May 2021 regarding the suspension of payment of Steinhoff International Holdings NV and after taking notice of the letters/emails/messages of Messrs. Schreurs and Van den Berg, I hereby notify you – on behalf of the court – as follows.  
The court determines that on Wednesday 12 May 2021 on 15.00 [CET] at the latest:
a.    statements of responses must have been filed;
b.    parties that wish to attend the hearing and parties that wish to explain their position during the hearing, must have expressed its desire to do so to the court;
c.    parties that have not yet been recognized as creditor by the administrators, must summarily prove that they are in fact a creditor.

Thereupon, the court will notify the administrators as soon as possible who will be effectively admitted to attend the hearing, taking into account the COVID-19 measures.  

Interested parties that wish to attend the hearing in digital form, are requested to express their intention to do so on Friday 14 May 2021 on 15.00 [CET] at the latest, through the following email address: insolventies.amsterdam@rechtspraak.nl. haben sich Alle hier wund geschrieben und die geimpften Rentner hier im Forum geniessen gerade Ihren Urlaub ?
tja ohne Fakten geht hier mal gar nichts mehr. Der Traum vom schnellen Geld und frühzeitigem Ruhestand ist für viele hier ein kleiner Alptraum geworden.
Bin im Plus - darum darf ich auch träumen

Sind hier überhaupt neuere Dokumente verfügbar? In jedem Gerichtsschriftstück steht drin: Es muss informiert werden, aber seit dem 26.3 hat sich nichts getan oder übersehe ich etwas?
 

Hoffen wir mal das LDP sich bei der HV gar nicht versprochen hat zwecks Infos zum 05.05. und "Freitag" .... Wars vielleicht schon absehbar das es bis heute dauert?  

Was genau meinst du mit News zum Freitag? Was wurde gesagt?  

Am 14. Mai wieviel mehr über die 5,8Mrd. der Ausgabepreis für Pepco sein wird. Ich tippe auf nördlich 7,5Mrd. Bis dahin wird es keine weiteren Infos geben. Man wird bei den anderen Verfahren sehr vorsichtig vorgehen, um keine weiteren juristischen Flanken aufzumachen.

Ist es möglich, über den Höchstpreis auszugeben ?

Ist war hier gemeint, dass der Kurs bei Handelseröffnung 35 bis 40 % über dem Ausgabekurs liegt,
um auf besagte 7,5 mrd. Zu kommen ?

lt. Prospekt nicht schnellstmöglich getilgt wird, dann wirst Du beim Ausgabepreis der Pepco Aktien wahrscheinlich  eine böse Überraschung erleben! Denke an meine Worte, dann wird es meiner Einschätzung nach nix mit einem Gesamtwert von 5,8 Mrd. €
