The audited report will be publish by April, who will reflect the preparation of the TV network.

Weekly we close some valuable deal agreement in order to Make Motion an important Player in the European Movieand TV industy landscape. We have deal with most important Films Fund, and we will play a key role in the VoD and IPTV sector.

potentielle Anleger scheinen endlich vorsichtiger zu sein: es klappt nicht mehr damit vollmundig die globale Welt zu erobern (war schon super den türkischen Markt mit "untertitelten" Filmen zu gewinnen), vor kräftigen Einnahmenquellen zu stehen (wer bezahlt die bisher entstandenen Fixkosten?), erstklassige Investoren vor der Tür zu haben (wolle ma se reinlassen?) - Spaß beiseite, der Kurs spricht Bände und der Markt hat immer Recht, bin mal gespannt wie lange die Story noch dauert bis sie zu Ende ist.

I was really busy, for the lauching of MNTV.
We close a last deal agreement with a partner in the UK, and we are in position to start broadcast.
We do have reall plan to rise up the share price, because we have a range of private investors, from Swiss, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, New york, who are waiting for my signal to star strongly buying some shares.

Also as we already start the TV shopping in china the next communication about first income will help the share going up.
Independently, about the share price, we do work in a real economy approach, and all is going to plan.

Zug,  17 April 2008.  Swiss Hawk AG announces that it has sold its 8.13% participation in Horsecreek Entertainment AB the owner and promoter of the HomeTV  VOD digital media platform to Motion Network Holding Plc (“MNH”) in exchange for a consideration based on 35 million new issued shares in MNH, thus bringing Swiss Hawk’s participation in MNH from 8% up to 14%.

The management believe that this represents a good value deal for Swiss Hawk as based on business development activity reported by MNH in recent weeks and a strong pipeline of further business development opportunities to be exploited, and Swiss Hawk expects that the MNH share price can recover substantially upwards by mid-2008.

MNH intend to implement the international rollout of the HomeTV products through linkage with MNH’s local partners. In all countries where MNH broadcasts, HomeTV will be able to offer VOD services with both local market films and films common to all markets.  In addition MNH will work with HomeTV to expand its VOD internet platform to fit a more global e-commerce model revolving around entertainment.

Aber man könnte auch annehmen, eine korrekte Prüfung der Revisionsstelle unterstellt, dass sie sich anhand von Geschäftszahlen der MNH von einer Werthaltigkeit überzeugt haben.
Letzteres hieße dann ein fairer Wert von MNH von knapp 0,12 EUR, wenn die Kapitalerhöhung auf 535 Mio bereits eingerechnet ist ...
