Looks like public float is down to 6 Million shares. Very interesting, in that the agreement to rescind the 900,000 shares is worth approximately $300,000 at .33 per share, and is replaced with $72,000 of debt. Sounds like Mr. Spader is into protecting the shareholders.
Sieht aus wie public float ist auf 6 Millionen Aktien. Sehr interessant, dass die Vereinbarung, die 900.000 Aktien zurücktreten beträgt rund $ 300.000 auf 0,33 je Aktie und ist mit 72.000 $ Schulden ersetzt. Klingt wie Mr. Spader ist in dem Schutz der Aktionäre.
