Universal Outdoor bald "outperformer" ?

Die "gebrannten" sind raus oder halten ihre Depotleichen. Universal Outdoor dümpelt und lebt so  vor sich hin und jetzt das:

Ein neue Aufmachung der Webseite UND zudem neueste News zu lesen - ferner sind die letzten Zahlen und für mich persönlich der gesamte Geschäftsbereich recht interessant. Grundsätzlich absolut innovatives Konzept und extrem ausbaubar.

Ich denke dass es jetzt langsam Zeit für eine höhere Bewertung ist.
Wir werden sehen - schöne und echte News wäre nett :)

P.S. habe hier keinen user ausgeschlossen würde mich also freuen wenn ich damit richtig lag und ja der Verfasser hält Aktien von Universal Outdoor :) KK ca. 0.02 €


 

News vom April 2015 - mir aber irgendwie nicht bekannt:

Universal Outdoor has signed the outdoor advertising contract with New River Retail regional shopping centres and will convert the estate to digital screens solutions offering for advertisers.

The contract, which was awarded after a competitive pitch, means Universal Outdoor will install more than 60+ digital screens in NRR’s sixteen shopping centres across the length and breadth of UK. The solution been installed includes a combination of Wall Mounted Screens , Digital Way finding Pods, equipped with commercialisation opportunity of combining marketing messages with voucher coupons. The 1st pod is live at Piazza Centre, Paisley.

Hab heute ein wenig Zei und hab das zum ersten mal gelesen.. Bisher gibt es nur threads über Tangibal und da wird positves nicht wirklich erwünscht.

Keiner bemerkt? Umsatz bei fast £ 2,7 mio. (plus 400%) und GEWNN vor Steuern
£ 190.000. (Gegenüber £ 288.000 Verlust im Vorjahr)

Das sind ca. 3,7 mio. Euro Umsatz und 260.000 Euro Gewinn in den ersten 6 Monaten bei einer MK von 0,7 mio. Euro :))))

Kommt wohl erst an wenn es in Deutsch veröffentlicht wird ?!?!?

Your Board announces the Group's unaudited interim results for the half-year ended 31 December 2014. These results are the consolidated unaudited accounts of Universal Outdoor Group plc (the 'Group'). The Group's turnover was £2,686,391 (up over 400% on the same period last year), with profit before tax of £189,056 compared to a loss for the same period last year of £288,587. The Company has reached a milestone in its development by delivering its maiden set of profitable results.

Your Board has during the period successfully executed its stated strategy of growth through acquisition and has successfully integrated its media acquisitions' to date.

Following the end of the period the Group made a disposal of its investment in Instant Business Limited for £250,000. The Company (Instant Business Ltd) during the period had run into financial issues. Therefore your Board decided to dispose of its interest in the Company since the business was only a 60% subsidiary, was non-core to the Group strategy, was loss making and we didn't have any day to day management involvement or control.

CEO Dominic Brookman commented '2014 was a key year in the development of our business where we have been focussed on integrating the media assets we have acquired, investing in new screen media hardware and growing the revenue in both local and national advertising sales. Going into 2015 we are confident of continued growth, profit and delivering positive shareholder returns.'

Wenn die erste Jahreshälfte bestätigt wird sollte es schön gen Norden gehen - aber dann mit Umsatz :)

Ich sag mal:  PR läuft gut, Kundenstamm ist gewaltig und ein Potential mit "open end"

Wenn man auf konservative "sichere" Werte steht kann man UO sicher als Hütte bezeichnen.

Hütten sind für mich jedoch: insolvente, hirnlos gepushte Zocker Titel.

Da wir uns im Hot Stocks Board befinden denke ich schon dass es Sinn macht auf die Entwicklung von UO hinzuweisen. Wobei ich AUSDRÜCKLICH darauf hinweise, dass die Halbjahreszahlen noch nicht testiert sind.

Und was heisst schon investieren hier setzt man "Spielgeld" - also eigentlich ist es Zocken auf die nächsten News und Zahlen.

Aber trotzdem Danke für die guten Wünsche. Gleiches Wünsche ich Dir auch für Deine Investments.  

Da hatte wohl jemand keine Lust mehr zu warten. Zahlen sollten bald kommen - Zocke mal auf ne positive Überraschung.

Ach ja und neue Autos und nen neues Outfit für die Monteure gab's auch bei UO. Naja die Meldung hätte man sich auch sparen können :)

Umsatz ist low - ganz klar. Aber wenn das zweite Halbjahr die Performance von UO bestätigt sollte es gen Norden gehen und der Umsatz anspringen. :)
