Die aktuelle Marktkapitalisierung von Megastar beträgt ca. 2,2 Mio Euro.
Ein Witz, wenn man überlegt:

Simkar wurde an Eloro für 70 Mio Aktien im Wert von 4,2 Mio Euro verkauft!
Das Projekt ist 4,2 Mio wert, Megastar aber nur 2,2 Mio? Wieso? :-)

Außerdem hat Megastar noch das Ralleau Projekt. Ergebnisse werden täglich erwartet.

Megastar hat auch noch das Sedex Projekt in der Pipeline.

Zudem braucht Megastar frisches Kapital. Was, wenn neue Investoren gefunden werden und ein paar Millionen in die Kassen spülen?

Die MK sollte meiner Meinung nach mindestens 10 Mio betragen. MINDESTENS! Kurspotenzial von 500% ist also kurzfristig möglich.

Dieser Bericht ist bereits ein Jahr alt....und ich nehme nicht an, dass die Holzfäller so eine lange Leitung haben, bis der Kurs reagiert.

technische Reaktion nach dem langen, langen Fall. Ohne Neuigkeiten tut sich da auch nichts. Ich finde es etwas ungeschickt vom Management, das sie ihre Aktionäre so im Regen stehen lassen. Das können andere Firmen besser und man dankt es ihnen mit besseren Kursen. Eine gute Nachricht könnte auch sein das die Firma bei solchen Kursverlusten einfach mal darauf hinweist das fundamental alles in Ordnung ist. Das würde bei mir jedenfalls Vertauen schaffen.

Dann werde ich sagen können, dass es mir Wert war, sich in Megastar einzukaufen. (Das habe ich sowieso nur wegen Simkar gemacht)

Den Leuten, die weiter auf das Management von Megastar glauben, (und weiter Zittern wollen, wann endlich das Management so lieb zu eigenen Aktionären wäre, und endlich wieder ein mal eine Nachricht ausgeben würde, damit sie sich die Gehälter auch verdienen) und denen, die sich hier noch ein paar Jahre mit Durchhaltenparollen aufwärmen wollen, werde ich dann viel Glück, und vor allem Geduld wünschen.

Laut TSX News, wie dort ein User schreibt ist die Aktientransaktion nun endlich bewilligt und die neuen Elo-Aktien sollten in Kürze verbucht werden.

I was getting a little concerned, too, as I have been burned once before by a small company trying to do a distribution like this. So I called Megastar yesterday, and was surprised that the phone was passed over to the CEO himself (Dusan Berka). He offered up alot of factual information, peppered with some opinion regarding where the projects and the general market are headed.

First, he mentioned that the distribution is being delayed slightly on ELO's end, but not by anything complicated. There were a couple of details in the paperwork that needed review and adjustment before the securities board would accept them (he strongly emphasized that these were minor, and in no way jeopardized the deal). He mentioned that he estimates that the delay will be measured in weeks (or less), and not months.

Second, he reiterated that the management at ELO is strongly committed to getting the mine operating. I also heard that drills are essentially on standby to get going as soon as the deal is official. It appears that ELO is going to aggressively push to have Simkar developed as quickly as possible, and (unlike MDV) ELO has the resources (money and human capital) to do it.

Third, Mr Berka reminded me that Simkar is/was Megastar's most ad vanced (and hence, most valuable) project, but that the cupboard is by no means bare now that ELO is taking it over. He mentioned that Ragealleau is still in development, and that the money received from ELO will go a long way towards advancing this promising (but early-stage) Copper-Zinc project.

Keep in mind that this is coming from the company, and not some independent research source. However, I have said in previous posts that whenever I have called in the past, the in-house information that I have received has always been objective and largely accurate. I strongly urge anybody who is considering investing or adding to their holdings to do their DD, as MDV is a very small company with little media coverage. If you can't find an answer, call the company directly. The number is 1-604-683-6648.

This area may become the first rare earths mine in Canada and in eastern North America. Hydrothermal-type mineralization is related to Grevet Alcaline Complex. To be economic, the ore grade must be higher than 0.20 percent rare earth elements. An amount of 14 economic grabsamples, taken on Grevet Property's outcrops, have returned values between 0.24 and 4.70 percent light rare earth elements (LREE) (lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, and samarium). The other 11 grab-samples have yielded sub-economic grades, ranging between 0.03 and 0.20 percent LREE.

Urban Project – James Bay, Quebec – 100% owned

Amseco Exploration Ltd (TSX-Venture: AEL) can earn 50% from Beaufield by spending $1,980,000 over a four year period ending in March 2014. Amseco is currently completing line cutting on the "Lac Rouleau" claim block, in preparation of an Induced polarization (IP) Survey over Zone 18. Drilling by Amseco is planned for 2011.

The Urban Gold project is located approximately 190 kilometres northeast of Val d'Or Quebec. The project comprises the Lac Rouleau, Macho River and Lac Kent blocks.

Also wenn man die aktuelle MK von Megastar betrachtet....könnte da in Zukunft wirklich noch etwas drinliegen.

Mal eine andere Frage in die Runde.......werdet ihr eure ELO-Aktien, wenn sie dann endgültig zugeteilt worden sind sofort verkaufen, oder auf die Karte Simkar setzen?

 

 

es wird nach der Zuteilung vermutlich zu einem Rückschritt / Verkauf kommen,
da viele den "schnellen" Gewinn mitnehmen wollen.
Kann man auch nachvollziehen, da das Gehabe der Herren in Kanada nicht Aktionärfreundlich ist.
Ich werde meine aber halten, da ich denke, dass man mit ein wenig Geduld einen größeren Gewinn erzielen kann.
Man kann natürlich versuchen zu verkaufen und dann bei einem tieferen Kurs wieder einzusteigen, aber denn besten Kurs erwischt man sowieso nie und außerdem ist das nichts für meine Nerven.

As I informed you in my previous correspondences, we can't move forward with MDV until the business combination with Eloro is closed. To this end, us I told you, we must wait until Eloro receives the final acceptance and approval from TSXV.

Eloro just received that final TSX approval on Thursday afternoon and now I expect the wheels to get into motion towards closing. In the meantime, we are also planning and strategizing towards reorganization of "new Megastar", that includes amongst other things, reviewing and updating our two existing projects - SEDEX Zn, Pb, Ag project in British Columbia and RALLEAU Cu, Zn, Au project in Quebec, finalizing the NI 43-101 Technical Report on our 100% owned Ralleau property, and last but not least, reviewing other projects and opportunities for a possible acquisition and strengthening of Megastar..
