In the last month, staff members from SolarBrook have met in China with managers of the Chinese business and the SolarBrook consultant for the China market to develop a working agreement. The agreement is expected to be consummated in July 2008.

The company's distributor, Resource Management Technologies (RMT), a disabled veteran-owned North Carolina limited liability company that specializes in providing products and services to public sector and governmental agencies, is in the process of closing a sale with the U.S. government, which will include several items in the SolarBrook product line. The negotiations for the first order are complete, and the purchase order is expected before the end of June.

Wissen wir auch nicht mehr als zuvor. Nur dass irgendwas zu irgend nem Preis irgendwann an irgend ne offizielle Stelle geliefert wird.

Gäbs ne Meldung mit Zahlen, wäre ich wirklich überrascht. Wir werdens sehen.  

hab mich ab und an mal ein wenig hier eingelesen, vor allem in letzter zeit, abwartender weise, ganz neugierig, was sich so ein gewisser mr moore einfalln lässt.

ich selbst bin gern mal ein unverbesserlicher optimist/zocker und steh auch dazu, sehe gern in vielen dingen mindestens eine 50-50 chance, trotz fehlendem fundierten fachwissen und bin dementsprechend auch schon derbst auf die nase gefalln. wie bei allen sachen im leben muss man gewisse risiken eingehen, um ein paar anfängliche hürden zu nehmen und mag es sich auch noch so naiv anhörn--ich hab ein verdammt gutes gefühl bei solarbrw. derzeit lieg ich knapp unter einer million stück und warte einfach mal ab was passiert. hatte damals zwar auch schonmal hydroflos, wobei ich sagen muss, das ich glücklicherweise nur noch ein paar hatte als die abgesackt sind.

schön zu sehn das es immer auch ein paar leut hier gibt, die nicht immer gleich alles schlecht reden, bis die tage

 

wieder unter 0,001 Euro. Keine News, keine purchase order, keine Quartalsabschlüsse.
Aber keine Sorge. Spätestens wenn Moores Gehalt wieder fällig wird, wird er wieder ein paar News mit den neuen Aktien zusammen rausgeben.....

SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation Announces Settlement Agreement on Class Action


SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SWPC), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products, today announced a settlement agreement related to a class action complaint filed against the company in November 2005.

The class action was settled for the principal sum of $425,000, plus interest, and the settlement agreement calls for 12 monthly payments of approximately $35,967.

"We are pleased to have reached a settlement that we believe will not materially impact the business of the company and its subsidiaries," stated George Moore, CEO of SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation. ich werde meine aktien behalten und nicht verkaufen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

desweiteren, wer verkauft denn von HINTEN heute in stuttgart für 0,001 wobei in frankfurt wir schon wieder auf 0,002 sind (100% unterschied)!!!!!!!!!!

und für die ........ , die für 0,001 verkaufen möchten, bescheid sagen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mit 0,001 hat derjenige doch noch ein gutes Geschäft gemacht. Immerhin kriegt man die Aktien in USA für 20% weniger.  

Die ca. hierfür notwendigen 36.000$ wären ca. 27Mio. Umsatz in OTC zu ca. o,oo13USD gewesen.
Tatsächlich wurden aber ca. 33 Mio. mit ca. 44.000USD insgesamt umgesetzt.
Vielleicht müssen wir uns von nun an, auf etwas höhere Umsätze zukünftig einstellen....
