Zock oder mehr?

aktuell bin ich der Meinung hier entwickelt sich ein Zock. Meine Zusammenfassung des ganzen. ESIV hat im letzten Jahr sich kaum noch öffentlich mit News gemeldet, man sagt es wurde im innere gearbeitet.

Das Problem was es zum Zock macht, ist folgendes.. das Filling zeigt den Cashbestand von round about 22k (NICHTS )

aber offene Forderungen von 212 bis 414 k, wenn die ins Unternehmen kommen siehts da schon besser aus. Habe mehre z8usätzliche Analysen gefunden die ich gerne hier mal rein stellen würde. Was meint ihr. Man muss auch den Kursverlauf beachten, es scheint so als hätte man sich über einen längeren Zeitraum eingedeckt, was passiert nun?????

Mein Eindruck...

ESIV hat sich wie im Chart zusehen quasi ein Jahr nicht gemeldet, seit kurzem ist der wert wieder getradet worden. Es gab eine relativ volatile Bewegung nach oben, nun scheint es zur Ruhe zu kommen, die aktuellen Umsätze reichen nicht aus um hier eine Steigerung zu erwarten. Sollte aber der Handel wieder sich den Umsätzen der letzten Wochen anpassen sehe ich hier eindeutige Chancen zu profitieren. Der Anstieg ging so gleichmäßig von statten, das ich aktuell nur sehe das wenige Shares raus sind als drin. Ein Boden bei ca.0,07 sollte für mich das letzte Signal sein was ich brauche.
Ich sehe ESIV als reine Zockeraktie die bei dem Kurs kurzfristig gute Gewinne abwerfen kann. Was meint ihr.

noch mein Eindruck über Fillings und CO.. fundamental gesehen sieht es nicht so berauschend aus, die Kosten sind noch hoch und man wartet noch auf Außenstände aus dem letzten Jahr.

2.) Der Marktanteil von ESIV wird in den nächsten Jahren überproportional wachsen nach dem Beispiel von WFI von vor 7 Jahren!!! WFI hat momentan einen großen Markanteil in Nordamerika, hauptsächlich im Residential-Bereich – der Blockbuster von WFI ist das Produkt „Evolution“, vergleichbar mit den „EI Elemental Series“ von ESIV.

ESIV ist ein junges und aufstrebendes Unternehmen in einer Branche, die jährlich zwischen 30 und 50% wächst – und das während die US-Wirtschaft in einer Rezession steckt!

Diese Entwicklung steht Essential Innovations erst noch bevor! Ähnlicher Meinung ist auch der ESIV-CEO, Jason McDiarmid. na toll, nix neues und kaum Erklärungen zur Fianzierung  

da ja gestern noch das filling wäre das zur Finanzierung, nun mit dem neuen 8k siehst nach einer Umschuldung aus, aber die war ja auch nötig. Der Zinssatz ist echt ok, aber wenn 1,35 für die Schulden benutz werden, bleiben runde 400k zum weiter machen. Die neuen Projekte die wahrscheinlich mit dem JV vor kurzem auf esiv zukommen, muss ein andere Weg gefunden werden. Aber der JV Partner hat den Background die zu tun, daher noch zock, wenn der Handel reagiert, spiel ich mit sonst warte ich an der Seite

On May 16, 2008, Essential Innovations Technology Corp. entered into a financing agreement with Valens Offshore SPV II, Corp. ("Valens"), under which Valens provided Essential with $1,750,000 in exchange for a promissory note in that amount secured by all of Essential's assets, excluding Essential's Asian subsidiary. The note bears interest at the rate of 11% per year and is payable in 24 equal monthly payments commencing on November 1, 2008. The note is convertible into Essential's common stock at the price of $0.10 per share, and the holder may elect to convert at any time. In addition to the note, Essential also granted to Valens warrants to purchase up to 3,500,000 shares of Essential's common stock. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.001 per share and expire 20 years from the date of the grant.

The proceeds received by Essential were used to pay down approximately $1.35 million owing to Laurus Master Fund Ltd., an affiliate of Valens, with remaining funds used to cover fees, to purchase raw materials, to structure an interest escrow account for service of the note, and for working capital.

Ist auf jeden Fall ein Zock, aber die Umsätze sind zurück gegangen und so gibt das keinen, am Freitag nach unten in den USA mit über 7%. Damit liegen wir in Frankfurt ziemlich über pari, auch nur weil einer 10K gekauft hat, ansonsten stünde die 6 schon vorne. Ich schaue zur Zeit auf jeden Fall erstmal noch von der Seite zu.    

Volumen geht eigentlich, die shorter müssten auch bald wieder covern, selbst die die ihre Positionen weiterrollen. Max ein zwei Tage haben sie noch... das letzte mal gings dann richtig hoch.

Die ersten Neuerungen in der nun neu strukturierten.Unternehmensaufstellung gefallen mir fürs erste, klar daraus sind noch keine Umsätze angestiegen, aber es ist ein Anfang auf den Pages ist man sogar verewigt.

Bellingham, Washington, 10. Juni 2008 Essential Innovations Technology Corp. (OTCBB: ESIV FRANKFURT: E6S), ein Geoexchange-Unternehmen aus den USA, unterzeichnete eine Verpflichtungserklärung bezüglich der Bildung zweier Jointventures in Vietnam. Der spezifische Zweck der Jointventures ist sowohl die Etablierung einer globalen Herstellungs- und Vertriebszentrale für die eigene Geoexchange-Wärmepumpentechnologie von ESIV als auch die Verkaufs-, Planungs- und Installationsmöglichkeit in Vietnam.

ESIV wird die Jointventures mit einem vietnamesischen Partner, Tien Thanh Environmental Consulting (TT), und mit Ekistics Management Inc. (Ekistics), einem Stadtplanungsspezialisten aus Kanada, eingehen. ESIV wird seinen Anteil an jedem der JV-Unternehmen über sein Tochterunternehmen aus Hong Kong, Essential Innovations Asia Limited (EI Asia), besitzen.

Bezüglich Ekistics (www.ekistics.ca) wird nun die geothermale Technologie in Projekte sowohl innerhalb Kanadas als auch international implementiert. Ekistics hat die Planungsarbeiten für über 35 Wohn- und Ferienanlagenprojekte in China abgeschlossen und arbeitet zurzeit an 15 neuen groß angelegten Gemeinden in zwölf unterschiedlichen Städten in China, einschließlich Peking und Shanghai.

Paul Rosenau, President von Ekistics, plant zurzeit sieben neue Fünf-Sterne-Ferienanlagen mit Golfplatz in China und Vietnam. Es handelt sich dabei um Folgende: Sanya Four Seasons Golf Resort: ein Hotel mit 300 Zimmern und einem 36-Loch-Golfplatz in Sanya, China; Du Jiang Yan Golf Resort: eine Gemeinde mit 700 Unterkünften und einem 36-Loch-Golfplatz in Chengdu, China; Hui Dong Golf Resort: ein Projekt mit 300 Einheiten und einem 18-Loch-Golfplatz in Hui Zhou, China; Tuyen Lam Lake Golf Resort: eine Ferienanlage mit 550 Einheiten und einem 18-Loch-Golfplatz in Dalat, Vietnam; Golden Sea Lake Resort: eine Gemeinde mit 400 Unterkünften und einem 36-Loch-Golfplatz in Peking, China; Wan Sheng Ba Golf Resort: ein Ferienanlagenprojekt mit 500 Unterkünften und einem 18-Loch-Golfplatz in Chongqing, China; und Cu Hin Golf Resort: ein Ferienanlagen- und Hotelprojekt mit 400 Unterkünften und einem 36-Loch-Golfplatz in Cam Ranh, Vietnam.

Jedes dieser Projekte stellt eine großartige Möglichkeit dar, die Geoexchange-Technologie anzuwenden, und gilt als mögliches Projekt, bei dem die von den vietnamesischen Jointventure-Unternehmen EI Asia, TT und Ekistics hergestellte Geoexchange-Technologie angewendet werden kann.

Technologie, Technik, Planung und Installation hingegen wird als erster Beitrag zu den JV-Unternehmen von Essential Innovations bereit gestellt.

Unabhängig von den Jointventures zwischen unseren Parteien haben TT und Ekistics bereits das Grundstück erworben, auf dem die Herstellungseinrichtung gebaut werden wird. Die Jointventure-Unternehmen werden anschließend ein langfristiges Pachtabkommen mit TT und Ekistics bezüglich der exklusiven Verwendung des Gebäudes unterzeichnen. Das Management von ESIV und die Architekturspezialisten von Ekistics arbeiteten diesbezüglich zusammen, um vorläufige Pläne für diese Fabrik zu erstellen. Das Gebäude wird an einem Standort im renommierten Industriepark Hiep Phouc, in der zollfreien Zone innerhalb der Stadt Ho Chi Minh City errichtet werden. Die Errichtung der Herstellungsanlage soll in den nächsten 60-90 Tagen beginnen, die ersten Produktions- und Equipmenttests werden voraussichtlich im Frühjahr 2009 möglich sein. Der definitive Beginn der globalen Herstellungs- und Vertriebsaktivitäten ist für Ende 2009 geplant.
