Feels like this has been coiling up for years and with the next news release we'll pop like a jack out of the box.
Just based on the 1067 Skin Lightener alone
- They have potentially $90 million USD deal milestone payment coming in Q2
- Or if the buyer decides to buy it outright a $245 million USD payment.
- $90 mill USD = approx .65 a share and $245 mill USD = approx $1.76 a share
- Either deal will propel SBM shareprice to many multiples of where it is now.
That is just one of their drugs in the pipeline!! They also have:
- Glycoprotien platform that covers about a dozen different applications from anit-aging to organ preservation. This category alone could be a company makder.
- SGLT diabetes drug. Already licensed to major China group doing all the testing. May have twice the duration of action of existing drugs according to recent tests. Moving forward to IND status and about $800K USD milestone payments.
- Existing Skin Lightener licensing program with Valeant already in progress.
- Anti-inflamatory drug being transferred to Bloom Burton. (Look up Bloom Burton - they are good partners to have)
- Approached by European company to develop drugs for them.
No wonder Atilla got so fired up during the recent video - SBM has so many discoveries about to payout the shareprice is completely disconnected from what the NAV will soon be. I've never seen a company with such big payouts on the near horizon have their shareprice so held in check - but that is the market we are dealing with currently.
Plus I think from listening to the video a few times there must be serious take-over talks going on as well. Really why wouldn't you try and take a run at them - current market cap of $30 million - make an offer at 3, 4, 5 times that and scoop everything up. Fortunately it sounds like SBM is prepared for hostile tak-over threats - insiders would surely want to hold out for a multi-dollar offer and who's to blame them with their stable of drugs about to go to the highest bidder!
