Notifications for SIHPL s.155 Voting Eligibility

If you have received an Initial SIHPL Claim Valuation Notification or a Deficiency Notification, and you accept the contents of it, you are not required to take any action at this stage. Please check back regularly for updates in relation to the upcoming Section 155 Meeting.

If you believe that the Initial SIHPL Claim Value Notification or Deficiency Notification contains a mainfest error or misapplication of the Steinhoff Allocation Plan, pursuant to the SIHPL Section 155 Proposal you must notify the Validation Committee of this within 48 hours of receipt of such notification. The contact details of the Validation Committee are: validationcommittee@steinhoffsettlement.com.

wichtiger wäre jetzt endlich mal das S155 Meeting auf den Weg zu bringen, damit sich auch die jüngsten Streitigkeiten in Verbindung mit dem S.45 erledigen.

Anschließend kann Steini dann Anfang September mit dem SoP den Globalen Vergleich schließen und direkt danach die teuren Schulden endlich refinanzieren.

Übrigens ein genialer Schachzug von den bestellten SoP Verwaltern das SoP Meeting auf den 03. September und damit den letzten Verhandlungstag der geforderten Liquidierung von Steini in Südafrika durch Tekkie Town zu legen, so kann man sich bereits heute sicher sein, dass Tekkie verlieren wird, da das SoP ein Schutzschirmverfahren ist.  

wird dann, sofern natürlich 75% zustimmen, dass die Berufung in Zusammenhang mit dem jüngsten S.45 Urteil gegen Steini nicht mehr benötigt wird und damit dauert es dann hier nicht mehr mehrere Monate sondern es kann dann relativ schnell gehen.

SoP wird dann Anfang September folgen.

Nur wir brauchen endlich das Datum für das S155 Meeting.  

Einfach auch mal auf die Corona Zahlen bzw Anstiege schauen. Ob das jetzt Sinn macht Läden zu eröffnen ?!

Nur die allermeisten die hier tagein tagaus posten, haben schlichtweg keine Kohle mehr, um nachzulegen. Sie sind fast alle über beide Ohren investiert und hoffe durch eigene Beiträge frische Anleger zu begeistern, die dann Ihnen den Kurs hochkaufen würden.

Geh bitte, sei nicht kindisch. Das wird wohl keiner glauben.  

Wenn man mit dem direkteren Umfeld sich über Aktien unterhält, erntet man oft verständnisloses Kopfschütteln oder den Spruch mit dem Teufelszeug.
Dank Mani Krug, der damals die breite Masse in die Telekomaktie gelockt hat, haben viele immer noch ein Trauma. Ich bin nur froh, dass meine Kinder anders ticken und sich über kleine Dividenden auf ihr Erspartes freuen.
Aber den vielen deutschen Michels ist einfach nicht zu vermitteln, dass eine Dividendenrendite auf eine langweilige Allianz z.B. von ca. 5% geiler ist als -0,5% auf Sichteinlagen bei der Bank.
Da haben wir Ex-Ossis den Vorteil, das wir schon immer wussten, das Produktionsmittel besser sind als wertloses Geld. Mit Hammer und Schraubenschlüssel konntest du immer neues Geld verdienen,mit Geld konntest du im Osten nichts anfangen, ausser mit Devisen!

Dieses neue Vergleichsangebot das die Gläubiger ja auch genehmigen müssen sollte auch als Grundlage für die Verhandlung nächste Woche dienen........

Das stimmt schon das manche gebrannte Kinder sind was die Telecom Aktie angeht...so weit braucht man garnicht zurück schauen...
Wenn man an wirecard denkt, und sich rausstellt das selbst die BaFin da mitgemischt hat und einige Politiker irgendwie nichts dazu sagen wollen und wirklich versucht wurde zu vertuschen , dann braucht man sich nicht wundern dass nicht alle so locker an die Sache rangehen.
Diese ganze Sache war wirklich Wasser auf die Mühle für die Börsen Zweifler.

kam immer Jemand  und schrieb vom grünen Kurs, danach fing der immer an sich zu schämen. Also bitte, nie mehr positiv über den Kurs schreiben.
