also, der einzig investierte bist du nicht... bin auch mit dabei (kleine Position, EK 0,04). Aktuell bin ich mir selbst nicht ganz sicher, was das hier wird. Charttechnisch hats nach einer Bodenbildung in der Zone zwischen 0.033 und 0.04 ausgesehen. wenn sie da jetzt nachhaltig ausbricht könnts interessant werden. Obs ein wirklicher ausbruch wird, wird sich erst in den nächsten Tagen und Wochen zeigen. wenn ja, dann ist hier sehr viel Luft nach oben.
Vielleicht kommen irgendwelche News, oder ein neuer Investor, wer weiß - abwarten und Tee trinken.

NeoMedia Technologies Announces 12snap Sale

FT. MYERS, Fla., April 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NeoMedia Technologies, (Nachrichten) Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: NEOM), a global leader in mobile enterprise and marketing technology, announced today it has sold 12snap AG, a wholly-owned division of NeoMedia Mobile, to the company's management and Bernd M. Michael, a former shareholder, at a total purchase price of just under $5 million.

Under the agreement, the buyer will pay $1.1 million in cash at closing with another $500,000 in escrow to be paid within 90 days. Additionally, $2 million in seller's top-off costs will be waived. Also, the new owners will provide NeoMedia with 10 percent of 12snap's total stock, a $750,000 value; a share giveback by the new owners of 7.5 million NeoMedia shares valued at approximately $382,000 and $200,000 worth of free services by 12snap.

As part of an ongoing cooperation agreement, 12snap will remain a preferred partner of NeoMedia, enjoy most favored prices and continue to develop the qode/lavasphere technology for the company. 12snap's current supervisory board members will deliver their resignations.

Qode wird vielleicht bald auf ner Menge Handy's laufen, ForLis und Konsorten wohl kaum und Kursmanipulationen von 20% mit 200 Shares finde ich nicht wirklich lustig ;)

... momentan irgendwas positiv läuft. Trotzallem bleibe ich positiv, was die Entwicklung von Neomedia und Gavitec anbetrifft. Ich werde meine Stücke solange behalten bis sie nix mehr wert sind, es sei denn es kommt doch noch der Durchbruch für die Qode-Technologie mit all Ihren Patenten in Zusammenhang mit Gavitecs Arbeit.

Gavitec hat ja schon ordentliche Projekte und wenn sich dies noch ausweitet bzw. Neomedia endlich Geld verdient und wie behauptet den Break-Even bis Ende des Jahres anpeilt, dann könnte die Story wieder richtig heiß werden und die Kohle sprudeln lassen.

Jedendfalls glaube ich mehr an die Zukunft dieser Technologie, als an die von Forlink ;)
