Brent Rusin, head of Corporate Communications, explained that the majority of this financing would be directed toward its previously announced LOI to acquire 51% of the issued and outstanding shares of POS BPC Manufacturing Corp. for its bio-processing facility located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The deal is expected to be immediately accretive to the company’s revenue stream and is a real steal as the acquisition snaps up 51% of an operating facility for approximately $1.5 million that would have taken $30.0-plus million to build and fit out from the ground up.

This acquisition is over and above the POS pilot plant agreement that company already has with POS which gives NSP exclusive access to the plant. Combine this with the 51% ownership of the bio-processing facility and NSP has locked up a comprehensive exclusivity to POS, a firm with a well-established run of business totaling over 35 years of operation.

NSP is cashed up and with the recent $1.0 million-plus warrant exercise isn’t directing any of this financing toward corporate and administrative needs. The remaining money that will be raised from the financing will instead be put toward the company’s announced plans of growing into the Colorado hemp market as it cashed up and able to operate.

NSP was in the news recently when the Vancouver-based company announced it was going to launch a bulk ingredient division.

Shares were 2.04% at the end of trading Friday.

Currently there are 51.7m outstanding shares with a market cap of $25.8 million.

Wir brauchen einen "BIG FISH" für unser HempOmega.
Der Kursanstieg auf 1,05 war mMn zu viel Wind, ja.
Ich setzte auf David und Ted, allerdings braucht alles seine Zeit, was manche Anleger leider nicht verstehen.  

als nächstes muss erst einmal der POS Deal klar gemacht werden und dann hoffe ich auf einige große Abnehmer für die Angebotenen Produktlinien.

Weder ist die Luft raus noch haben wir falsches Gold in den Händen.
Der jetzige Kurs spiegelt nicht den tatsächlichen Wert wieder und der Dip nach unten wird nur von kurzer Dauer sein, wir arbeiten hart hinter den Kulissen,in ein paar Tagen
wird die POS abgeschlossen sein, große Aufträge können angenommenen werden
und es sind MEHRERE VERBESSERUNGEN in Vorbereitung

Ich denke halten und nachkaufen ist angesagt

auch ich glaube an NSP und bin mit knapp 100k  long investiert.....

aber ..... in einem anderen Forum hast Du die engl. Antwort von NSP gepostet,
was sich zugegebener Maßen etwas irritierend liest. Ich möchte mich hier weder
beliebt noch unbeliebt machen, aber DIESE besagte Mail wird dort auch angezweifelt.
Ich persönlich ,möchte hier nichts unterstellen, dafür ist mein english nicht gut genug....
Dennoch bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack......

Ich würde mich genauso über eine Bewegung nach Norden freuen.
Viele Investierten sind im Moment etwas verunsichert, was NSP betrifft
( mich eingeschlossen ) !!

Ich beobachte das Geschehen seit 4 Wo mehrmals täglich und verstehe
nicht, warum nach dem mühsamen, kleinen Anstieg in Deutschland
( fast täglich !!) der Kurs in CAN und USA bei Eröffnung abstürzt ....

Jetzt erschlagt mich nicht, sondern versucht es mir zu erklären :))

 

Habs auch grad gelesen. Ich glaub nicht, dass die Antwort wirklich in dem Grunschulenglisch bei ihm eingtrudelt ist.
Finds schade, da die Aktie so nen stümperhaften pushversuch nicht nötig hat.

Ich glaub persönlich glaube, dass jetzt noch hauptsächlich Leute investiert sind, die eher langfristig orientiert sind. Deswegen wirds wieder up gehen. Dann hoffentlich nicht in dem ungesunden Tempo wie das letzte mal.

Ich habe nicht mich bemüht und an NSP eine Mail geschickt um hier angezweifelt und zum Teil beschimpft zu werden ,sondern weil ich sauer über den Kursverfall war und auf meine Fragen eine Antwort wollte.
Ich war überrascht  über die schnelle Antwort . Im anderen Thread wollte man den originalen Text und den habe ich so eingegeben wie er dort steht.
