Newstrike Drills 214 Meters of 3.0 g/t Gold at Ana Paula Project, Guerrero, Mexico
1/18/2011 1:33:20 PM - NFD
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jan 18, 2011 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWS WIRE SERVICES OR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES
Newstrike Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NES) ("Newstrike" or the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results for the first eight holes from the Company's drill program at the 100%-owned Ana Paula Project, Guerrero Gold Belt, Mexico. Selected highlights include:
AP-10-19: 214.00 meters of 3.00 g/t Au and 5.5 g/t Ag, including;
0.80 meters of 31.20 g/t Au and 42.2 g/t Ag;
0.50 meters of 439.00 g/t Au and 126.00 g/t Ag, and
1.09 meters of 105.00 g/t Au and 6.6 g/t Ag.
AP-10-13: 24.03 meters of 2.14 g/t Au and 2.7 g/t Ag;
AP-10-16: 23.13 meters of 4.06 g/t Au and 6.1 g/t Ag, including;
1.00 meters of 77.35 g/t Au and 14.2 g/t Ag.
AP-10-17: 20.17 meters of 1.53 g/t Au and 4.3 g/t Ag.
All key objectives for the program have been achieved, including:
-- A comprehensive audit program, including a twin of Goldcorp Inc's
drillhole AP-05-06 by AP-10-12, has demonstrated the reliability of the
previous assay database.
-- A simplified exploration model has been drill tested that demonstrates a
high degree of predictably both on strike and down dip. This model will
be used for planning resource drilling and will be continuously refined
as drilling progresses.
-- Step out drilling has extended known mineralization from a 400 by 600
meter area to a 500 by 1000 meter area of mineralization that remains
open in all directions and at depth.
-- A second drill rig mobilized in December is completing a series of
infill drill holes (50-100 meter) that is demonstrating continuity of
the gold mineralization both along strike and down dip.
Richard Whittall, President and CEO of Newstrike, commented, "Our initial results are indicative of another significant gold discovery in the Guerrero Gold Belt. Ana Paula is already an exploration success with tremendous expansion potential. I look forward to continued excellent results as we progress with our drilling program."
Summary:
-- The Ana Paula Project is central to Newstrike's 88,000 hectares in the
GGB and forms part of a district scale mining camp that is host to Torex
Gold's 'Morelos Project' and to Goldcorp's producing 'Los Filos'
project.
-- Newstrike is currently testing a one by two kilometer surface outcrop
gold anomaly with coincident geophysical anomalies in the Ana Paula
Project, a 400 by 600 meter portion of which was previously drilled
tested in 2005 by Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G, NYSE:GG). Drill results reported
herein comprise 3,032 metres out of a total 4,529 meters drilled in 2010
in 12 holes, two of which were in progress at the end of the year. Assay
results are pending for the remaining holes.
-- Assay results indicate that higher grade gold mineralized intercepts
tend to occur at contacts between intrusive rocks and altered sediments,
and that thick lower grade disseminated and stock work mineralization
occurs within sills or dikes and locally within hornfels. Mineralization
is associated with a series of stacked intrusions that intrude
siliciclastic and carbonate sediments, a setting that is typical of the
Guerrero Gold Belt skarn porphyry model for mineralization. A large body
of mineralized complex breccia was also recently discovered at the Ana
Paula Project.
-- Results demonstrate an important potential to host multiple gold bearing
intercepts over wide mineralized intervals that show good continuity
both across and down section, with excellent predictability from a
planning perspective. This, along with improving grade and thickness to
the west and southwest, speaks to the large volume potential developing
at Ana Paula.
-- Drilling is underway in 2011 with two drill rigs that started on January
12th. Drilling continues with the planned program of step out and infill
drill holes.

Newstrike Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NES) ("Newstrike" or the "Company") (www.newstrikecapital.com) is pleased to announce assay results for three additional drill holes from the 2010 drill program at the Company's 100%-owned Ana Paula Project, Guerrero Gold Belt, Mexico. Selected highlights from the new data include:
AP-10-20: 282.50 meters of 1.40 g/t Au and 1.7 g/t Ag;
includes 78.00 meters of 2.88 g/t Au and 1.8 g/t Ag;
or 63.22 meters of 3.37 g/t Au and 1.9 g/t Ag;
and 19.73 meters of 6.46 g/t Au and 3.50 g/t Ag;
AP-10-21: 26.33 meters of 0.7 g/t Au and 65.3 g/t Ag;
includes 16.33 meters of 1.10 g/t Au and 102.4 g/t Ag;
AP-10-22: 42.00 meters of 0.62 g/t Au and 57.5 g/t Ag;
includes 25.04 meters of 0.93 g/t Au and 102.1 g/t Ag;
and 10.58 meters of 1.98 g/t Au and 239.4 g/t Ag.
Drill hole AP-10-20, averaged 275.46 meters of 1.43 g/t Au and 1.7 g/t Ag; this interval also included 63 meters of 3.37 g/t gold. Drill hole AP-10-20 successfully tested the down dip continuity of mineralization in drill hole AP-10-19, which assayed 214.00 meters of 3.00 g/t Au and 5.5 g/t Ag, as reported on January 19, 2011; this data is included in the table of results available at www.newstrikecapital.com. AP-10-20 ended in mineralization with 9.5 meters grading 0.41 g/t Au and 0.09 g/t Ag at a 600 meter vertical depth from surface. New road building is underway to continue drill testing the continuity of this important new discovery.
AP-10-21 is a step out hole that extends known mineralization by 100 meters to the north. Hole AP-10-22, located up topography 200 meters south of AP-10-19, drilled east over the top of AP-10-19 and extends known mineralization by 400 meters south. A total of 4,520 meters has now been completed in eleven drill holes begun in 2010 and completed this year. An additional drill hole begun at year-end, drill hole AP-10-23, remains in progress with assay results expected in February. Results from these holes extend known drill tested gold mineralization to a 500-meter by 1000-meter area that remains open in all directions and at depth.
Drill results continue to demonstrate an important potential to host multiple gold-bearing intercepts over wide mineralized intervals that show good continuity both across and down section. Drilling is underway in 2011 with two drill rigs that started on January 12th.

Both AP-11-35 and AP-11-37 are part of a series of drill holes designed to test the orientation and continuity of the mineralized breccia originally intercepted in drill holes AP-10-19 and 20 (January 18th and 25th, 2011 press releases), as well as testing the orientation and spacing of veinlets in mineralized porphyritic intrusion. Hole 35, a vertical hole that tested down dip of AP-11-33 (March 21st, 2011 press release) and drilled about 50 meters south of AP-10-19 and 20, intercepted 87.22 meter interval of 0.95 g/t Au, including 1.11 meters below the 0.2 g/t cutoff; and also intercepted a 208.03 meter interval of 0.93 g/t Au where 10% assayed below the 0.2 g/t Au cutoff.
Hole 37, drilled 50 meters north of holes AP-10-19 and 20 and oriented to the west to test the down dip interpretation and continuity of the mineralized breccia, intercepted 316.95 meters of 5.80 g/t Au that includes a 230.95 meter interval of 7.51 g/t Au, also including a 57.64 meter interval of 18.61 g/t Au where a 5.7 meter interval assayed below the 0.2 g/t Au cutoff. The mineralized breccia intercepts to date appear to confirm the interpretation that the body of the mineralized breccia is parallel to the structural fabric of the surrounding host rocks, although deeper intercepts to the south, in holes AP-11-20 and AP-11-35, have yet to be explained. More drilling is planned to confirm the orientation of the mineralized breccia body and further define its dimensions, which remains open to the north and south and also down dip.
Drill hole AP-11-34 is a vertical hole that tested the down dip continuity of mineralization previously intercepted in AP-11-32 and in AP-10-18 and 19 (January 18st and March 21st, 2011 press releases). Results confirm multiple gold intercepts, including 11.0 meters of 1.16 g/t Au, 18.5 meters of 0.85 g/t Au, and 25.2 meters of 0.88 g/t Au.
Drill hole AP-11-36 was drilled as an infill hole, located between drill holes AP-11-22 and 27 and oriented to drill east. Consistent mineralization was intercepted in this hole from near surface for over 159.5 meters grading 0.57 g/t Au and 2.7 g/t Ag. The mineralized interval is similar to a unit first intercepted in drill hole AP-11-22 that assayed 42.00 meters of 0.62 g/t Au and 57.5 g/t Ag (January 25th, 2011 press release) and is now recognized as a new polylithic breccia whose potential and origin remains to be explored.
Drillholes AP-11-38 and 39 are located to the northeast of the current drill area and are inclined holes that tested beneath existing historic mine workings. These holes confirmed the continuity of mineralization to the northeast of any previous drilling, and intercepted significant gold and silver mineralization. Hole 38 intercepted 21.97 meters grading 0.88 g/t Au and 94.0 g/t Ag, including 12.29 meters of 1.26 g/t Au and 157.7 g/t Ag. Hole 39 tested down dip of hole 38, intercepting 62.0 meters of 0.77 g/t Au and 20.3 g/t Ag, that includes 37.15 meters grading 1.03 g/t Au and 22.9 g/t Ag, an interval that also includes 17.65 meters of 1.35 g/t Au and 41.8 g/t Ag. A 6.85 meter interval assayed below the 0.2 g/t Au cutoff.
Step out drilling will continue to search for the boundaries of the mineralized envelope at Ana Paula, operating concurrently with planned infill drilling. Drilling to date demonstrates a robust mineralization that hosts multiple gold-bearing intercepts over wide intervals that starts at or near surface, remains open in all directions including at depth, and shows good continuity both along strike and down dip. Mineralization in general is associated with a series of stacked porphyritic intrusions that intrude siliciclastic and carbonate sediments, a setting that is typical of the Guerrero Gold Belt skarn porphyry model for mineralization.
Newstrike's drill results from Ana Paula indicate in general that higher grade intercepts tend to occur at or near the contacts between intrusive rocks and altered sediments, particularly within hornfels, and that thicker lower grade intercepts tends to occur with a disseminated and stockwork mineralization within porphyritic intrusions. Recent drilling by Newstrike has also resulted in the discovery of a new strongly mineralized breccia body that appears to parallel the structural grain of the deposit. More drilling is planned to confirm the orientation of this body, and to further define its dimensions.
All reported drill intercepts are down hole lengths. Holes drilled from west to east at -45 degree angles are nearly perpendicular to the perceived strike and dip of the geology, thus are interpreted as a close approximation of true width; however, true width of the mineralization is not accurately known at this time. The Ana Paula Project is central to Newstrike's 88,000 hectares in the GGB and forms part of a district scale mining camp that is host to Torex Gold's advanced 'Morelos Project' and to Goldcorp's producing 'Los Filos' project.
Ken Thorsen, a director of the company and a qualified person under NI43-101 has reviewed the contents of this press release. The drill program and all project operations are conducted under the direction and supervision of Dr. Craig Gibson, PhD, CPG and a qualified person under NI43-101. Dr. Gibson has reviewed the contents of this press release.
QA-QC:
The mineralized intervals in core tend to be separated by "barren" intervals that may or may not contain narrow anomalous sections and local high-grade spikes that are not included in the calculations of mineralized intervals. Unless specified otherwise, reported intercepts are calculated according to a protocol that uses a 0.2 g/t Au cutoff for bounding assays. Reported grade intervals are based on the original uncut assay certificates as received from the assay labs. They do not include check assays pending at the time of reporting.
Newstrike maintains strict QA-QC protocols for all aspects of their exploration programs that include the systematic insertion of blanks and standards into each sample batch. Analyses in this release were performed by both ALS Chemex and by SGS. All samples are assayed using the respective laboratories certified and industry standard assay techniques for gold and multi-element packages and for over limits; Au was analyzed by 50 gram fire assay with an atomic absorption finish, and other elements were analyzed by multi-element ICP packages.

Newstrike Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NES) ("Newstrike" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the next series of assay results from the 2011 drill program at the Company's 100%-owned Ana Paula Project, Guerrero Gold Belt (GGB). These four holes are infill holes spaced to intersect the mineralized breccia at 50 to 100 meter centers above a vertical depth of 250 meters and were designed to delineate the geometry and continuity of the mineralization. Three of the four holes reported here intersected mineralized breccia and all four holes returned strong gold mineralization.
Highlights from this series include:
Drillhole AP-11-48 intersected a 116.00 meter interval of 4.71 g/t Au, including intervals of 57.33 meters of 8.17 g/t Au, 18.15 meters of 13.30 g/t Au and 6.47 meters of 27.48 g/t Au. Another interval over 35.50 meters averaged 2.10 g/t Au.
Drillhole AP-11-49 intersected 22.50 meters of 1.03 g/t Au, 15.00 meters of 3.44 g/t Au, and a 55.25 meter interval of 1.67 g/t Au.
Drillhole AP-11-50 intersected multiple strongly mineralized intervals, including 52.80 meters of 1.82 g/t Au, which includes 21.50 meters of 2.68 g/t Au.
Drillhole AP-11-51 intersected 190.15 meters of 3.52 g/t Au, including an 87.40 meter interval of 6.44 g/t Au, a 9.30 meter interval of 18.67 g/t Au and a 15.00 meter interval of 14.94 g/t Au.
Selected highlights from this series of drill results are presented in the following table. A complete table of mineralized intersects is available from the Company website at www.newstrike.com.
Drillhole AP-11-48 is a vertical hole that tested the mineralized breccia down dip of AP-11-47, which had previously reported an intersect of 112.90 meters grading 2.51 g/t Au (June 6, 2011 press release). AP-11-48 remained in mineralization from surface to the end of the hole including 22.65 meters grading 3.51 g/t Au and 29.4 g/t Ag and 116.0 meters grading 4.71 g/t Au and 6.3 g/t Ag. Other mineralized intervals intersected in this hole remain to be investigated with further drilling, including a 19.0 meter interval that graded 2.38 g/t Au and 1.3 g/t Ag, and another 9.50 meter interval at the bottom of the hole that graded 0.89 g/t Au and 1.4 g/t Ag.
Drillholes AP-11-49 is an inclined hole drilled towards the southeast from the same drill pad as AP-10-19 (214.00 meters of 3.00 g/t Au and 5.5 g/t Ag, January18, 2011 press release) to infill between holes AP-33 and AP-35. The mineralized breccia was not intersected in this drill hole, but it did stay within a strong envelope of mineralization throughout its length suggesting this drill orientation may be approximating the trend of the breccia unit in this area. AP-11-49 intersected numerous mineralized intervals between 85.60 meters and 441.72 meters downhole as highlighted on the table of drill intersects below. Some of the better intersects include a 9.00 meter interval of 5.11 g/t Au, 22.50 meters grading 1.03 g/t Au, 55.25 meters of 1.67 g/t Au, 15.00 meters grading 3.44 g/t Au and 23.10 meters grading 3.77 g/t Au.
Drillhole AP-11-50 is an angle hole drilled due north to infill between AP-10-19 and AP-11-37. The strongest mineralization occurred between 195.00 and 383.00 meters downhole where some of the better intervals included 50.40 meters grading 0.57 g/t Au, 52.80 meters grading 1.82 g/t Au, including 9.13 meters grading 4.93 g/t Au. Another 46.53 meter interval graded 0.65 g/t Au and another at 12.50 meters grading 0.95 g/t Au.
AP-11-51 is an angle hole drilled to the northeast to infill between holes AP-37 and AP-47. This hole confirmed the high grade zone intersected in those two holes by intersecting a 190.15 meter interval grading 3.52 g/t Au and includes intervals of 87.50 meters grading 6.44 g/t gold and also 9.30 meters grading 18.67 g/t Au.

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWS WIRE SERVICES OR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES
Newstrike Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NES) ("Newstrike" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the latest drill results received from the ongoing 2011 drill program at the Company's 100%-owned Ana Paula Project, Guerrero Gold Belt (GGB). This series of results is from drill holes that tested a variety of different targets, including the mineralized breccia body first intersected in drill hole AP-10-19, the shallow low-grade mineralization first intercepted in AP-11-36, a mineralized structure first intersected in AP-11-38, as well as new targets included in the infill and step out drill program already in progress.
Highlights from this series include:
Drill hole AP-11-52 intersected a 120.00 meter interval of 4.60 g/t Au, including intervals of 50.00 meters of 8.89 g/t Au, and 16.00 meters of 20.30 g/t Au; and two more intervals of 25.76 meters 1.78 g/t Au and 20.50 meters 1.94 g/t Au.
Drill hole AP-11-53 intersected 108.00 meters of 0.81 g/t Au, and another 155.78 meter interval with 0.43 g/t Au.
Drill hole AP-11-60 intersected 27.50 meters of 0.83 g/t Au and 42.4 g/t Ag that included a 3.04 meter interval of 3.12 g/t Au and 219.4 g/t Ag.
Selected highlights from this series of drill results are presented in the following table. A complete table of mineralized intersects is available from the company website at www.newstrike.com.
The best intersection from this series is from drill hole AP-11-52, the last hole completing a fan of infill holes to test the mineralized breccia body and set up on the same drill pad as discovery hole AP-10-19 (214.00 meters of 3.00 g/t Au and 5.5 g/t Ag, January18, 2011 press release). Drill hole AP-11-52 tested about 100 meters down dip of AP-11-51, which intersected 190.15 meters of 3.52 g/t Au (June 27, 2011 press release). AP-11-52 has successfully demonstrated the continuity of mineralization in the breccia body with depth, intersecting strong mineralization over 257.00 meters, including a 120.00 meter interval of 4.60 g/t Au that also includes a 50.00 meter interval of 8.89 g/t Au, and a 16.00 meter interval of 20.30 g/t Au. Other intervals intersected in this hole include 25.76 meters of 1.78 g/t Au and an additional 20.50 meter interval of 1.94 g/t Au. The entire 257.00 meter mineralized interval averages 2.59 g/t Au without using the 0.2 g/t Au cutoff protocol. More drilling is planned to extend the mineralized breccia body, which remains open along trend and at depth.
Drill holes AP-11-53 and 55 are located about 150 meters southwest of and up section from the main mineralized breccia body, and were designed to drill a new low grade mineralization first recognized in AP-11-36 that intersected 159.5 meters near surface grading 0.57 g/t Au and 2.7 g/t Ag (April 20, 2011 press release). Drill hole AP-11-53, set up on the same pad to test about 100 meters downdip of AP-11-36, intersected 108.00 meters of 0.81 g/t Au with 6.4 g/t Ag including a 21.00 meter interval of 1.97 g/t Au with 16.5 g/t Ag. A second 155.78 meter interval of 0.43 g/t Au also includes a 14.80 meter interval of 0.97 g/t Au with 17.1 g/t Ag. Drillhole AP-11-55, located 50 meters to the west of AP-11-53, intersected low grade mineralization over a 160.60 meter interval that included 35.50 meters of 0.59 g/t Au with 8.8 g/t Ag, 68.30 meters of 0.67 g/t Au with 3.7 g/t Ag, and a 52.00 meter interval of 0.56 g/t Au with 16.0 g/t Ag. The entire 160.6 meter interval averages 0.60 g/t Au and 8.9 g/t Ag without using cutoff protocol. Both holes confirm a low grade near surface bulk tonnage potential located up section of the main mineralized breccia body.
Drill hole AP-11-56 is a new step out hole from the same site as AP-11-55 and drilled to the northwest into a hillside with poor outcrop exposure. It is the first drill hole to test for mineralization up section and west of the mineralized structural corridor that has been the focus of all drilling to date at Ana Paula. AP-11-56 intersected favourable stratigraphy after passing through a relatively barren dike, and has confirmed the mineralization potential of this area with an intersect of 7.57 meters averaging 1.15 g/t Au and 7.7 g/t Ag. Much of the deeper portions of the drill hole also returned anomalous gold assays. The presence of mineralization in a similar geologic setting to that already known to be favourable at Ana Paula supports the area as a new target for drilling. Drill hole AP-11-54, located about 750 meters north of the mineralized breccia body tested a fault structure mapped at surface and did not intersect significant mineralization.
AP-11-57, 58 and 60 are all drilled from the same site located about 900 meters northeast of the main mineralized breccia body and about 100 meters to the north of AP-11-38 and 39. This series of drill holes has confirmed the strike and continuity of a new gold and silver mineralization first identified in AP-11-38 and 39 (April 20th, 2011 press release). Drillhole AP-11-38 intersected 12.29 meters of 1.26 g/t Au and 157.7 g/t Ag; while AP-11-39 intersected 62.0 meters of 0.77 g/t Au and 20.3 g/t Ag including 37.15 meters of 1.03 g/t Au and 22.9 g/t Ag. In this series, drill hole AP-11-57 intersected the mineralized structure with a 9.00 meter interval of 0.71 g/t Au and 43.31 g/t Ag, drill hole AP-11-58 was drilled at a steeper angle and intersected sporadic mineralization, while AP-11-60 was drilled to the southeast to intersect a 27.50 meter interval of 0.83 g/t Au with 42.3 g/t Ag, including a 3.04 meter intercept of 3.12 g/t Au and 219.4 g/t Ag. More drilling is required to begin defining this new zone of gold and silver mineralization.

Results from this series of drill holes confirm the strength and continuity of the high grade mineralized breccia body, which remains open along trend and at depth. Results also demonstrate the upside for new discovery as drilling continues to systematically explore the robust mineralized system that underlies the Ana Paula project area. The new zones of mineralization intersected with this series of drill holes are currently under evaluation for inclusion into future drill plans as the planned program of step out and infill drilling progresses.
All reported drill intersects are downhole lengths. Newstrike President Richard Whittall on Mexico assays of 4.6 g/t gold over 120m
Newstrike Capital Inc TSXV:NES announced results from its Ana Paula Project in Guerrero State, Mexico. Highlights include 4.6 g/t gold and 3.96 g/t silver over 120 metres (including 8.89 g/t gold and 6.3 g/t silver over 50 metres), 0.81 g/t gold and 6.4 g/t silver over 108 metres (including 1.39 g/t gold and 11.1 g/t silver over 48 metres), 0.43 g/t gold and 6.6 g/t silver over 155.8 metres (including 0.73 g/t gold and 3.9 g/t silver over 10.3 metres) and 0.67 g/t gold and 3.7 g/t silver over 68.3 metres (including 0.97 g/t gold and 6.9 g/t silver over 22 metres).
President/CEO Richard Whittall tells ResourceClips.com, “We acquired Ana Paula a year ago from Goldcorp, and we started drilling in October of last year. We’ve put in about 24,000 metres of drilling on an exploratory program. We initially acquired the property from Goldcorp because they had put in 11 holes and we analysed the assays from those and thought it might be what we call a classic GGB—or Guerrero Gold Belt style of mineralization. Low grade and shallow. These are porphyry-gold, porphyry-skarn deposits. We ended up achieving results that were very predictable in terms of low grade, with some high-grade gold-skarn kicks. Then we punched some holes in the southern part of the project and hit a very high-grade breccia zone. It has been probably the most robust mineralizing system we have seen in 15 years in Guerrero. But Ana Paula has a lot more to tell us.
“The drill program is continuing. Normally what you do is just step out 100 metres at a time until you fall off the edges of the mineralizing system. To date, it’s still open in every direction and at depth. So it’s a pretty significant gold discovery. And, it turns out, it has some pretty interesting silver values as well.”
Whittall continues, “It’s a guess at this point, because we’ll be drilling till the end of this year, but at that point we’ll make a decision on whether we bring in a group to help us do a resource estimate and a 43-101. But, at the moment, we’re still not even a year into this.
“We’re not production people. Our business model is to partner or sell the company. Which is pretty common among 3,000 other junior companies. We have a track record in Guerrero. Our team was responsible for discovering the deposit next door, Torex‘s Morelos project. We sold another deposit back in 2003 [i.e. the Los Filos deposit]—we were partners with Teck Resources—and Goldcorp bought that, and it’s now the largest gold mine in Mexico until Penasquito gets up and running. We’re exploration people, and it’s pretty likely that we’re just going to continue on that path.
“The infrastructure is terrific. The community is just excellent. We have water and power and, topographically, it’s easy to get to and easy to navigate around. Like most places in Guerrero, it has ravines that are quite shallow. I’m not an engineer, but this is shaping up to be a shallow, robust discovery—potentially an open pit. I would say we’ll finish the year with about 35,000 metres of drilling. Eventually, I think it’ll make a beautiful deposit for someone. But, again, I can’t emphasize how early it is, and we’ve been spectacularly lucky by hitting a very high-grade area early on.
“[These results] give a huge boost to our confidence about the scope and scale of this breccia area. Furthermore, in the lower-grade mineralization it confirms another large bulk area of mineralization that’s holding together. Our confidence, with every set of assays, is increasing in the scope and scale of this project.” Whittall concludes, “I can’t say it’s world class because we haven’t put enough holes in it. But it is, without question, one of the richest gold discoveries in Mexico. A very significant discovery.”

Guerrero Gold Belt - Mexikos angesagter Gold-Bezirk
