ist offensichtlich derselbe Antwalt, wie bei Amitelo - so what?  

mal ganz ehrlich... ich kenn mich nicht mehr aus - was sollen wir investierten denn jetzt am besten machen? bzw wie seht ihr das? was hat es mit diesen gratisaktien auf sich? warum überlegen manche diese nicht anspruch zu nehmen? gratis... was gibt es da also zu überlegen? ich glaub, ich blick da einfach nicht ganz durch und bin dankbar für jede info!

 

was kann den schlimmsten falls passieren wenn ich die Gratisaktien nimm.
Schlimmstenfalls ist mein investiertes Geld weg. Egal mit oder ohne Gratisaktien.
Jetzt zu verkaufen? Ne.
So viel habe ich auch nicht drin.
Und mir war klar, wenn ich hier investiere, übrigens ist das bei jeder Aktie so, kann mein schönes sauer verdientes Geld weg sein.

Als Schei.. drauf, ALLES ODER NICHTS.
Ich hole mir die Gratis Aktien.  

Ganz andere Frage, wie funktioniert das mit dem Rückkaufprogramm und bis wann soll das durchgeführt werden. Ich gebe sofort alle meine Aktien her ;)

Gratisaktien sollte man mitnehmen

Wenn ALF pleite geht, ist es eh egal, anders kann man noch ein paar Euro machen.  

Und wie funktioniert ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm über den Markt dass mir armen Depp garantiert, dass ich auch die 3,50 bekomme je Aktie?

 

stellt sich 3,50 Euro Geld?  

ja, genau das mein ich bushaltefolie... wer garantiert mir das... niemand. und dieses formular von alf ist eine frechheit... wirkt auf mich so, als ob es absichtlich kompliziert gemacht wird, damit die leute sich das nicht antun... das zeitfenster ist auch nur minmal... 5 tage nach resplit, aber bis spätestens 31ten...wirkt alles etwas konfus auf mich.

die idee die aktien 5 tage nach resplit zu verkaufen und dann gleich wieder einzukaufen zu einem niedrigeren kurs hat auf jeden fall was - die frage ist nur, ist das "legal"... ich mein es steht zwar nirgendst was anderes, nur dass man die selbe stückzahl an aktien halten muss...

kein plan ;) also, wer weiß, was er/sie tut?

 

das mit dem Aktien verkaufen und dann die gleiche Anzahl wiederkaufen mag ein schöne Idee sein.
Bleibt aber eine nicht machbare Idee.
Auf jedem Beleg Kauf/Verkauf/Split steht ein Datum.
Also fehlt dieses doch sofort auf.

Im Übrigen ist es doch nicht kompliziert.
Anders geht es nicht. Die brauchen doch auch eine Nachvollziehbare Legende.
Auf gut Glauben werden die uns keine Aktien schenken.

Also ich hole mir die Aktien und schaue nicht mehr vor dem 30.06.2011 nach.
Dann lasse ich mich überraschen Positiv oder Negativ.
Ich gehe mal als Optimist von Positiv aus.

den nur von der gibt es eine IBAN  

Logischerweise muss man eine DEPOTKONTONUMMER angeben. Schließlich sollen Aktien übertragen und kein Cash geschickt werden.

Die Aktien werden wohl beim Bankhaus Reuschel deponiert - siehe ALF Meldungen, also wird DEPOTKONTONUMMER und BANKLEITZAHL reichen, da ja innerhalb von Deutschland übertragen wird. Das gilt zumindest für deutsche Investoren.  

Seit wann gibt es an der Börse Garantien? Alles ist Spekulation. Entweder man glaubt an den Deal oder nicht.

Moving on to 2011, below are a few highlighted issues which will be the subject of extensive and detailed releases mainly in the first quarter 2011:

ALF has pointed out in the terms and conditions, that a share buyback will be deployed by the end of the first quarter 2011 at a price of up to 3.50 Euro.

ALF is currently incorporating several German wholly owned subsidiaries to act as the purchasers of property portfolios. ALF has agreed to acquire subject to satisfactory due diligence.

ALF has executed a mutually binding offer to purchase a series of properties in Germany for 32 million Euros. The offer is subject to the purchaser (ALF German subsidiary being satisfied with the 60 day exclusive due diligence and subject to ALF obtaining funding from a German Bank.). The properties provide a net return after expenses of in excess of 9 percent. The properties are predominately residential flat buildings and small commercial properties. The most expensive commercial property is leased for 10 years to a large German corporation.

ALF has letters of offer in final stages of completion on two other portfolios of properties, respectively 19 million Euros and 27million Euros.

ALF has met with the board of directors of the Floridian Community Bank, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. The banks board has approved ALF's US subsidiary making its initial 9.9 percent acquisition. This now moves to formal documentation.

ALF, US subsidiary and Floridian Community Bank to enter into joint venture to acquire distressed mortgages from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) then subsequently move to foreclose and sell property and generate profits for the joint venture.

ALF, Australian Subsidiary ALF Resources, already sitting on a substantial book profit on its investments is in negotiation on further investments in a proven gold resources and a company with substantial coal assets.

As you are now aware the reverse split has been completed , the split actually occured over a number of  days with Kingsley only today being credited with its shares .

The current net asset baking of the shares based on valuation and purchase price of assets is in excess of 1 euro per share , further as new acquistions the subject of existing agreements are

Based on an Ebit calculation over a blended three year estimate of income ALF should have a value of in excess of  3-50 Euro per share

terms and conditions are most important and we want shareholders to understand our interest are aligned and the long term interest and prosperity of the company are our first concern . providing the companies fundamentals are correct , the underlying assets are valuable , the income stream is steady and growing then share holders will ultimatly rewarded by the increase in the value of there security over time .

Share buy back

The company advised that intended to declare a dividend in early 2011 for the 2010 period .

After carefull consideration the company in agreemnt with Kingsley agreed as following.

The company has sought to essentially tie up existing shareholders and made them agree not to trade there shares so they can obtain the free shares . Some shareholders will want to unlock some of there equity in ALF , and ALF recognise that many shareholders increased there holdings as the price fell.

So based on our view of the real value of the stock ALF have agreed to a select buy back on market .

The price will be limited to a maximum of 3-50 euro , ALF will buy over a a 10 working day period on market . Kingsley finance have agreed not to participate in the buy back , thus we anticipate the price will be very favourable to shareholders who wish to dispose of some shares and still maintain the ability to get free shares from Kingsley , we urge you to read the terms and conditions carefully .

2011 at a glance

1.        ALF , USA subsiduary has now proceeded to documentation for the aquistion of an intial 9.9% of the Floridan Comunity Bank .

2.       ALF have agreed to establish a JV company with the bank to acquire distressed mortgages from the FDIC and the TARP fund . these mortgages can be bought from 30c on the dollar to 65c on the dollar , this is likely to produce substantial cash flow form this trading.

3.       ALF resources is moving to increase its postion in Zeus uraniam Limited and will act as a sub underwriter and have secured an agreed placement for ALF shareholders should they wish to invest at IPO stage in what we at ALF believe promisses to be an outstanding investment .

4.       ALF is currently establishing a german subsiduary for the purpose of acquiring property portfolio that ALF have been in negotiation for some time to buy .ALF are currently in a binding agreement to acquire aGerman Portfolio at 32m Euro . ALF have a right to withdraw if the 60 day due diligence is not satisfactory , however ALF directors have done extensive research and are very pleased to date with this intended aquistion . ALF will be seeking funding from a german bank. The net yield after all runing costs but before interest in in excess of 9% and there are a number of vacancies and with occupancies reduced the yield shoud exceed 10% net before interest

5.       ALF have conditional agreements for the appointment of three new independant directors

6.       ALF expect to hold the 2010 AGM in march and present 3 years IFRS accounts at that time

Mittlerweile bin ich mir leider auch nicht mehr so sicher, ob es sich hier noch um ein Top-Investment oder doch um Betrug handelt. Ich denke Alf Group sollte so langsam hierzu mal Stellung dazu nehmen und die " Betrugsgerüchte " ausräumen, ansonsten bin ich am überlegen, ob ich meine Bankdaten wirklich offenlegen soll. Ursprünglich war in den Bedingungen nämlich keine Rede davon, dass man irgendwelche Dokumente ausfüllen muss und seine Depotdaten nennen muss um in den Genuss von Gratisaktien zu kommen. Das hat mich schon schwer enttäuscht und es ist gut möglich, dass ich deswegen nicht an der Aktion teilnehmen werde. Ich vertraue meine Daten ungerne Leuten an, die ich nicht kenne und von denen es jetzt auch noch Betrugsgerüchte gibt.

Gut, welche Möglichkeiten gibts dann ?

Ich habe mit Can Can bzw Alf schon gut verdient, weil ich Schwankungen ausgenutzt habe. Ich komme damit zwar nicht 0 auf 0 raus, aber würde im worst case auch keinen soooo großen Verlust haben.

Wenn die Gerüchte mit Aktienrückkauf stimmen, dann wird sich auch noch eine gute Gelegenheit finden lassen, einen Teil der Aktien in den nächsten Wochen zu verkaufen.

Weiter stellt sich für mich auch noch die Frage, ob man einen kleineren Teil jetzt schon verkauft, um später dann bei 0,10 oder ähnlichem wieder einzusteigen. Solche Chancen schließe ich nicht aus und auch damit könnte man seine Stückzahl vervielfachen, wenn der Kurs noch weiter runter gehen sollte. Geht er nicht weiter runter, dann freut man sich eben über die Stückzahlen die man noch hält und nicht verkauft hat.

Letztendlich weiß ich jetzt aber auch nicht was das beste ist.
Fest steht nur, dass ich maximal 50 % verkaufen werde und nicht mehr.
Sofern keine vertrauenswürdige Nachricht in den nächsten Tagen kommt, nehme ich an der Gratisaktien-Aktion wohl eher nicht teil.

Bei allen Gerüchten die es so gibt ..
Es gibt manche User, wie z.B. Weltenbummler oder noenough ( siehe alten Alf Group Thread oder auch in Asiapac ) die übertreiben es mit Ihrer Schlechtmacherei.
Die Begründungen waren oftmals aus der Luft herausgezogen ohne jegliche Zahlen, Daten, Fakten. So etwas stört dann doch gewaltig und kann den Kurs bei so geringen Umsätzen eventuell schon mit beeinflussen. Sowas muss nicht sein.

Ich hoffe Alf Group informiert auch mal wieder zu Can Can Lingerie.
Denn das war mit unter ein Grund, warum ich überhaupt in Alf Group investiert bin.
Mich würde schon interessieren, wie die Beteiligung an Can Can Lingerie jetzt aussieht.
Über Weihnachten wurden doch bestimmt viele Dessous verschenkt ?
Wenn Alf Group nicht mehr dabei sein möchte, dann hab ich auch kein großes Interesse mehr. Aber schauen wir mal, was noch so alles berichtet wird :-)

Wie kann man Aktien übertragen, ohne die Bankdaten des Empfängers zu kennen?

Wenn Du deswegen keine Unterlagen schickst, selber Schuld.

Würde nicht darauf wetten, dass Du Stücke zu 0,10 bekommst.

Momentan ist das Volumen auf Kindergartenniveau. Wenn Interesse aufkommt, werden hier andere Volumina gehandelt.

Wie hoch ist der Streubesitz? 500.000 Stück? 1 Mio.? Wieviele Leute werden ihre Aktien nicht handeln, weil sie die Gratisaktien haben wollen? Wie hoch ist dann der Streubesitz?

Die US Bank, an der sich ALF beteiligen will, hat sogar eine Website ;-).
